Backin Patrick Swayze's heyday, it seemed to be on TV constantly.

Reading: Almost done In A Sunburned Country, a travel narrative about Australia. Last night I was laughing so hard my mom was sure the neighbors would wonder what the problem was. I could hardly breathe.

Over the vacation, I finished all of NYPD Blue Season 1. I loved it all over again. Couldn't remember how any of the plot lines would turn out. One good thing about getting old! You get to rewatch your favorite movies/TV shows as if for the first time!
Read: Calculating God Science fiction with the theme of evolution and intelligent design. Aliens arrive on Earth and they believe in God. They announce that on the three planets they visited with civilizations, all are recent civilizations AND most disturbingly that there were no OLD civilizations disovered--but several planets with ruins. So they want to know what God intends for their civilizations. Heard lots of great things about this book. Found it a little tedious.
Last night watched "Big Bang Theory" about two nerdy roomates who work at MIT and their extremely nerdy friends and a girl from across the hall comes over to take a shower because her shower isn't working. Found it really funny.

I'm donating my body to science fiction.
