Apparantly, if you're in the middle of it, it is garbage to the horizon all around. It's kind of "uncleanable".

Added to which, it's over 50 years old, it is 30m deep as well as being the size of 2xTexas, and so it is actually HOME to millions of tiny and not-so-tiny sealife. If you got rid of it, you'd literally kill millions of creatures.

Of course, the creatures who feed around it (including tiny krill and phytoplankton and stuff who eat this plastic at the molecular level) then eat each other on up the food chain, until the 26-year-old tuna in your lunchtime sandwich is half-polystyrene and other shite like that. Tuna travel something like 70000 km/year around and around the world.

What a fucking conundrum.

I mean pardon my French, but seriously: what a Fucking Human Conundrum, huh?

Of course it's cleanable, it'd just take a really long time. ;)

Thats why I said to lock the internal table to a set size, then put your images in there. :raspberry:

This will kind of kill the mystique, but basically I'd like to set about building a new website for Foundations. You may or may not remember this old sketch:

You can like have an absolute width for the column with the buttons and a relative width for the text parts like with the background images divided into 3 so that the middle part which is basically like straight lines could be relative/repetitive horizontally because it wouldn't change anything.

Wouldn't work for the text boxes, they have to have a set size between them too, and there also needs to be a set distance between all the elements on the web page for that matter or it'll look screwy.

For set distance you can just use like blank cells with   with a set height/width as needed. (Probably also with cellspacing=0 and cellpadding=0 like for the whole table) And like if you want the text boxes to scroll (like an iframe) I think it should work with the background image divided into 3, if it's not scrolling and the height is relative to the text in the cell then like I guess it should be divided into 9

Hey tables are simple and easy. I can't stand working with div layers :? :? from what I've seen like way too often on many sites they have an annoying tendency to smush and become one big mess on different window sizes like even if they're absolute and it's like totally annoying. Hell I'd rather have image maps. :?

It's not just shrunk it's even when people use a normal size floating window, or different resolutions than what the layout was made on the layout just gets all over the place, stuff overlaps each other, important info/links etc disappear out of frame or under other layers with no way to even scroll for them and nightmarish dren like that. :? :? I totally like tables better.
