If it's anywhere near 1 A it can kill ya (1 A is considered lethal level for current). Muscle cramps start from around 0,2...0,3 A so be a careful. I'm use to working with live wires and it's the most frustrating part of my job because if you make a wrong move you can die.

Re: Randomness
Yeah, but the good thing about AC is that it will throw you off, as it passes 0V. DC just makes your muscles cramp and lock. i.e. you can't let go. I also ensure that someone else is around before I work on summat. That way if I were to get roasted, they'd be able to start cpr and call 999.

Re: Randomness
I'd disagree. AC (by it's nature) passes thru 0V, so then you can let go, DC doesn't, so the electrical signals hit your nerves and they dont stop, meaning that you cant let go.

Let's put it this way from my personal experience with AC you get muscle cramps.

Re: Randomness
I think this song, "Work" by Jars of Clay, which I think would make a good Trip video from seasons 3 and 4. If I had those on DVD I'd totally make a video:
Just in case, I will leave my things packed
So I can run away
I cannot trust these voices
I don't have a line of prospects that can give some kind of peace
There is nothing left to cling to that can bring me sweet release
I have no fear of drowning
It's the breathing that's taking all this work
Do you know what I mean when I say, "I don't want to be alone"?
What I mean when I say, "I don't want to be alone"
Empty spaces with shadows hit by streetlights
Warnings signs and weight of tired conversations
In the absence of a shoulder, in the abscess of a thief
On the brink of this destruction, on the eve of bittersweet
Now all the demons look like prophets and I'm living out
Every word they speak, every word they speak
Do you know what I mean when I say, "I don't want to be alone"?
What I mean when I say, "I don't want to be alone"
What I mean when I say, "I don't want to be alone"
Do you know what I mean when I say, "I don't want to be alone"?
What I mean when I say, "I don't want to be alone"

Alone, alone, I don't want to be alone
I have no fear of drowning

Find out from Mitchell which kind is used in an electric fence. I know from experience that a farmer's electric fence will lock your muscles. Believe it.

Both.

But since the charge has to be constant, an controled they obviously control/regulate the out put to the fence. Id Guess ( I repeat I Guess) that the AC units convert the charge to DC.

Cause if they didnt have low charge, then my Cows would be screamin like they had just been shot,, None stop.

Iam by no means an Electrician. An as Soon as my Father Croaks, Every last bit of that damn stuff is gona be history on my farm. I Hate Electric Fence!!! Stuffs a God Dang Joke.
In all seriousness,, all I know for sure is that the Fence chargers come in AC, an DC powered Versions. What comes through in the Fence, Id guess DC though.
Cause I can tell ya, that they both feel the same, when their Hot.
TnT I love em.

Here's the YouTube version of this, which I imagine would combine pretty shockingly with all this electricity discussion. (What IS that floating thing?)

You're right, it probably would make a good dark Trip video. Wouldn't be a bad one for a depressed Malcolm video either.
OMG, ANOTHER new chapter! NORTH STAR Chapter 28

Uh...
Sure!
Sure!

Well yes. I continue to write. And on Fanfiction.Net, for those who want, it is possible to cast a glance at my latest efforts. We arrived to
The Ears of the Elves, chapter Forty-four
And here is the beginning of the whole story.

But, I must say, you could also find something else on Fanfiction.net written by me. If you want.

Anyway, the idea of using the water in a video is wild. Thanks for sharing.

I too read that he had died. I feel sad like I did when Isaac Asimov died.

Working on a major fan fic project. Two-thirds done. Hope to put it up in the not TOO distant future.
