You live in LA don't you? L.A. actually has the cleanest tap water in the country. Dead serious. It's because your water comes from the sea, and the desalinization plants are so advanced that the quality is much better than out here where we drink well water or river.

And don't forget that bottled water is just someone else's tap water.

I've read that some tap water is actually cleaner than some bottled water, lol.

Okay how bout I send y'all some authentic LA tap water, then you can taste it yourselves and see exactly how nasty it really is.
Seriously. And THAT'S supposed to be like the cleanest tap water in the country

Well then maybe it travels through the heat in the mail just to get to the tap in the first place. Cuz that's what it tastes like

As weird as it may sound I've never actually met anyone who had cancer before.![]()
Makes you wonder if there's an effect of geographical location. I've often heard the argument that (besides the obvious, like living near Chernobyl), proximity or drinking-water-contaminated by industrial waste is to blame for pockets of different diseases. Well, like in Erin Brockovich.
Actually there are places on earth where natural radiation is 4 times higher then at Chernobyl(there is one city in Iran) and because of that the cells of the people who live there are more resistant to mutations like cancer.

Those are good news, because I used to swim in one of the most contaminated rivers of Spain. If that makes me immune... Great!

That's great news, evcake!
As for tap water, Sweden has very good and drinkable tap water. In a few places the calcium content can be a little high, but Swedish water never smells of chlorine like I've experienced in some other countries.

I'm browsing the board from my brand new laptop that I bought today
. I'm working on a large construction site in another side of my country and couldn't stand being without internet so I bought myself my first laptop. I'm on-line using free wifi in the hostel I'm staying in.
