Okay, this is a good one.
Cinderella, but it's more a PREVIEW before the movie I remember well! A fun little action flick called Dirty Mary Crazy Larry. It's just one big car chase...and hence, at the tender age of three or four, I began my love affair with the action flick!!
Is there a movie so bad you walked out on it or stopped watching at home? If so, what was it, and what did you hate about it?

A friend once rented The In-Laws with Michael Douglas, and we stopped it about thirty minutes into the movie. It just wasn't funny...
Is there a particular non-essential item that you must take when you go on vacations/a trip?

This was a tough one as most everything I'd pack for a vacation/trip is pretty essential, but I would have to say my laptop. Nine times out of ten I end up not taking it out of my bag or even using it, but I like to bring it with me should I be inspired to write.
First record album? And yes, I'm old enough to still remember 45s and vinyl records.

Great question!
It would be "The Best of the Doobies" by the Doobie Brothers! My mom's friend dated one of their roadies for a while, so whenever they were in town we got great seats, backstage passes, etc., so there I was, 8 years old and bad as hell!

Alanis Morrisette, about five years ago... There was mud all over the place.

Thanks! You'll laugh your ass off when you hear this, my first record was MENUDO Vamos a Volar (the Puerto Rican boy group ::cringe::). But I was SO in love with Charlie Masso.

A set of Oriental print cards. It was a thoughtful gesture from a veteran teacher in the school where I first taught. She remembered my having mentioned an interest in Asian cultures and Oriental decor.
Peanut butter; crunchy or smooth?

Smooth.
This one's for the over-30 set and/or TV Land junkies:
Bewitched: Old Darren (Dick York), or New Darren (Dick Sargent)?

I knew what you were asking! My answer still stands.
Someone else can take a shot at it, though...

Old Darren. Of the three old shows that would run on WWOR or WPIX in NYC (Bewitched, I Dream of Jeannie and My Favorite Martian), My Favorite Martian was my overall favorite though.

My mother is much too private a person now to do such a thing, but before she found Jesus and became uber conservative like Carrie's mom, she told our entire neighborhood (even the guys at the grocery store on the corner) that I had gotten my period when I first got my period. It's a story I enjoy torturing her mercilessly with in private.
Who would you go gay for?

YIKES! Way to bring the game to a skreeching halt! LOL . . . Uh . . . someone halfways nice who I was stuck in prison with. (IF I WERE EVER STUCK IN PRISON)
New question, how old were you when you developed your first crush? Was the person real or a TV character?

About nine, I think. Real person, and he's still very attractive. It went away when I discovered that he's also a jerk.

Re: New Game: Interview the Next Person
Oh I just read about Alelou's first kiss. I'm glad there are some other late bloomers on here. That's why I asked about the age of the first crush. Something was wrong with me since I can clearly remember in 6th grade the other girls asking me who I "liked," and *cringe* I didn't like anyone and instantly had to make something up. So I picked the least objectionable boy in the class and he was no one special (but how was I to know?), and I can still remember the HUH? look on everyone's faces. And I went, "Well . . . he's nice." Then my first crush was on the "Fonz" from "Happy Days." I was pathetic. I finally caught up beginning of high school. I was kind of fond of a boy in chemistry class who we used to smile at each other. I'm not sure we even talked. Then, at the end of the year, he presented me with an award from the class: "Ion of the Year"
Awwhhh . . .
But leslina's question still stands: Age at first date.

That was Pitseleh's question.
