Well done Alelou with your latest update. Escriba looking forward to reading your new story. Are you going to have any of your artwok for the story?

Yep, we went to Scranton, which is what we had been recruited to do, but they had about 200 more volunteers than they expected this weekend ... which led to some annoying waits. We finally got to canvassing Saturday afternoon, after going to three separate volunteer staging locations in the city. We couldn't even get on the freakin' phone banks because they'd already used up all their lists. More were on the way, we were told, but you don't drive all the way from Albany to sit on a phone bank when you could have done that in Albany in the first place.

Anyway, I'd say our candidate is doing pretty well in Scranton. And it was A LOT easier to find houses there than it was in Hillsborough, NH four years ago.

After all the chaos yesterday, when we learned today was simply going to be door hanging because you don't knock on peoples' doors on Sunday, we decided we could head home in the morning guilt-free.

Anyway, there was a Waffle House this morning. I thought I had to go to the South for a Waffle House. They even had grits. So there was side benefit.

JustTripn was talking about the fifth episode of Disruption, not a new story (I have a new one, but it's going to take some time). And no, not artwork for my stories (I don't know why, but for my Enterprise's stories I don't feel inspired )

I have a story (well, it's better if I call it "experiment") where I'm thinking in adding some artwork, but it's still just a project, so I'm not sure if I'll do it in the end.

In fact I've been sick for like two weeks: I was ill one day, then I recovered and two days later I was sick again, but this time was worse than before (I went from a simple cold to a feverish flu; even if my mother said I wasn't feverish ) Today I'm better, but I've begun my "coughing stage" (you know, when coughing irritates your throat but you can't stop coughing). My trainer (the Judge who is teaching me) has stopped testing me the lesson and has ordered me to go home, because I coughed every two words

What the heck am I doing posting stories while the votes from my battleground state are being counted? Well . . . this was pretty much all ready to go yesterday.

Oh, and yeah . . . the story is pretty good. Escriba is the queen of metaphors, I think. And she's explained how she does Vulcans so well. She is a LAWYER! She thinks, how would a lawyer express this simple thought?
