So I haven't weighed in since the last time I posted about this, because the contest thingy at work kind of fell apart. I was sticking with the new rules of eating, though, and today my britches seemed a little droopier than normal.
So I got on the scale.
Anotha six pounds gone!!
That makes a grand total of 17.4 lbs lost since beginning this diet in January.
Today it was a perfect 72 degrees F outside so I went for a four mile walk.

As of today I've lost the big 2-0. I have now attained 1/4 of my weight loss goal.
Today I dressed for work in jeans that I haven't been able to wear in over a year, maybe two. And I put on a contoured tee (as in not baggy). I ALMOST have the shape of a real girl again!
People say that I should feel so much better because I have more energy, etc., blah blah blah...
I ain't gonna lie. That's all small potatoes. The best part is actually the ATTENTION!
Here's hoping that summer and increased activity means that the next 20 won't take four months to come off.
