Sorry to hear you're in pain again, WarpGirl.

I'm not going to go out from my house for the rest of my life. Every time I go out shit happens around me. But it's my fault, it's my fault for going out to buy bread when a terrorist attack has happened just this morning. It's my fault. I should know better. I should know by now that you can't go out in my little tiny town ruled by radicals when the 90% of the place knows what you're learning and your acquaintances think it's great to accuse you of things when you have nothing to do with them. But it's my fault, OK? Because this time I sort of begin it. Radicals have absolutely no sense of humor.

And shouldn't I be angry? Because it's my teacher the one who has to knelt in front of his car to know if there is any bomb under it.

By the way, it's official, ETA hates me. They put a bomb when I must go to the capital the next week. Yeah, a Basque in Madrid, sooo funny... And my parents are out, in Valencia. It's so great when you hear about a terrorist attack outside the Basque Country, everybody looks at you as if you are a kind of parasite

EscribaI am so very very sorry to hear of your troubles. I will keep you in my prayers. Unfortunately there is a scripture that rings all too true for most of the world... "Man has dominated man to his injury." Unfortunately, the good people of the world suffer from it the most. But for heaven's sake BE CAREFUL!!!!!!

Aikiweezie that works, I just wish there was a way to say it without being vulgar. I'm not a huge fan of cursing in general.

Am I wrong in thinking that this means that if you pass this test and get this job, YOU'RE also going to need to kneel and check for a bomb under your car?

Maybe your body is just trying to save its life by not passing...

Shudder.

Well, no worries, I can cope with them. It's just that their stupidity makes me angry :-X

Not at the beginning (I hope), but after some time, yes. But that doesn't worry me. I mean I will have a bodyguard, my family, on the other hand... But we talked about it and they're with me.

Well, I'm done fencing, but today I have to plant some trees. Hopefully they don't die because I have a rather black thumb, yet my parents insist I plant stuff like this or for their garden. :doubt: Oh, and I'm taking the dog I'd adopted back to the Humane Society. She's destructive, refuses to be trained (or maybe she's just stupid), doesn't bark when someone pulls in the yard, and worst of all she has this thing for laying under vehicles or standing right next to them and not moving when you start up the engine and have to go. Once I literally had to drag her by the collar out from underneath the truck so I could go out fencing. :wtf: She's 8 months old, acts about as smart as a box of rocks, and I'm damn scared I'll end up running her over if she stays here. I mean, yeah, she's nice to just sit and pet, and the kitten mom adopted likes having her to play with and all, but we need more than that for out here. Probably never should've adopted her to begin with, but I missed having a dog out here. :(

I am so sorry you're dog didn't work out. Thank God for the ASPCA, or the equivilent wherever you're from. If it makes you feel any better, I think you're very brave to admit this is an animal that you aren't equiped to care for at this time. It's more kind to the dog to have a home where it's idiosyncrocies can be managed. Rather than everyone be miserable. So many people don't do that and either the animal is miserable, or the people get so stressed they dump it or worse. Kudos for your decision. I know it was a hard and painful one, I had to give up a cat I adored when I was 12. He fought to much and would come home torn to pieces, we simply could not care for him properly at the time. I'm sure you'll find the right match when the time comes. In the meant time please accept my condolences.

Wow! I cannot even begin to imagine living like that! How absolutely terrible! Living in the peaceful north it's hard to even comprehend what it can be like to live elsewhere where things like that can happen. Yeah, I know we've had assassinations of a prime minister and a foreign minister, but still...

Take care of yourself and I hope you don't run into any bombs and stuff like that.

Well KTR I don't envy you the cold in winter. :( Then again I'm assuming it gets fridged because Jimmy Stewert said so in Rear Window and Jean Simmons froze in Desiree. I know probably I spelled that wrong. Just the thought of being that cold terrifies me. All of these smilies and not one scared face. :?

Your welcome. Like I said I've been through the same thing, it was devestating. But look on the bright side, now she can find people able to care for her special needs. She'll be happier and so will you. :) Don't beat yourself up.

Ouch. I'm sorry. That had to be rough. Still, it's best for both of you. I have a friend who hung on to a dog that's a bad match. The dog has more energy and requires more attention than my friend is able to give, but she refuses to give the dog up because it would be admitting failure. Not very fair to the dog, but you know...
