Nice pics T'Poptarts! I had a pair of baby possums fall into a window well a few years back on a cold, wet Saturday morning. No mom in sight. I had to take care of them until I could get directions from the local wildlife center as to what to do with them. They are cute little buggers when they are babies aren't they?

Hi! Just got back from the two graduations. Here is a slideshow of my son C's graduation. (I'm in one picture). I'm still making the "P" graducation slideshow. I took some pictures of the building the ceremony was held in because it's beautiful. It's "The Soldiers and Sailors' Memorial" building and doubles as "Something Typical" of Pittsburgh.

Okay, here are some July 3rd fireworks. That is the big fireworks night in Milwaukee and we went by boat, a thirty minute run, from South Milwaukee. I am trying medium size photobucket photos here.

We are anchored among about a hundred and fifty boats. Daughter, son-in-law, and one grandchild get comfortable in chairs in the stern of the boat for the fireworks.


Two teenage guests decide to watch from the bow.


Uncle Jason finds the highest point on the boat to sit - on the hard top over the helm.


Jeff holds his daughter by the loop in her lifejacket. The loop is how we will retreive her should she fall overboard. We use the loop to hang onto her on the boat, like a leash. She doesn't look to happy about being picked up this way, LOL.

Of 120 digital photos I took of the fireworks, maybe ten turned out well. I like this one.

This one is not bad either.


We got back to home port about midnight.


I will post photos of the small community fireworks on July 4 later.

That IS a nice photo, Asso. I think its appeal may be because two people are huddling together facing the dark. Not sure if that is how you see it. But these two girls are close friends and when the boat hit a wave on the lake, they grabbed each other even though at that point they were inside the cabin. There was no danger, they were just not used to being on a boat which is in constant motion on the water.

Last year Skyelar was afraid of the boat but this year she is all over it.






She even takes a turn at the helm.


But it helps if you can see over the console, which she can't yet.


Even Shayla age 2 wants a turn at the helm.


Image's boyfriend, Jake, does not like boats and spent the whole time in the cabin. His grandson-in-law potential just went down 50 percent, LOL.


Dylan's girlfriend is more adventurous. By the way those things in everyone's mouths are ring pops, a kind of candy on a stick.


I think I am going to print this one of Michelle for Dylan. Once in a while I take a really nice photo.


Just for contrast, here is one of me. The background looks fake but it is real and a very lovely evening on the water.


A very lovely sunset. But my fireworks photos of this night didn't turn out well. We were too far away out on the lake and the local communities had only small displays.

Yes, Michelle is a pretty girl. She is fifteen, same age as Dylan. The two of them are inseperable but my daughter thinks she is going to break Dylan's heart. Sigh, if that happens, it is part of life. She is the first girl he has been romantically interested in. They are so young. Like Romeo and Juliet. Michelle and Dylan have been friends since they were seven years old. I hope they at least stay friends.
