Here's the one year old today in her cutie pie overalls.



And this is what the 4 year old mad scientist is up to right this moment. She's obsessed with "chemistry" and uses her pipettes and test tubes to make "potions" out of coloured water.



She's got mismatched socks! She really looks mad! She's wearing the "Stubborn but cute" burro tshirt we got her at the Grand Canyon in summer 2008, right after hanging out with Distracted and Elessar. It's getting quite a bit too small now, but she loves it.

Of course, we stupidly elected him again. *I* sure as hell didn't vote for him.

Well, Detroit had Kwame Kilpatrick, so it's not like I don't get it! I down't live in the city so I didn't vote for him either, but I just shake my head at all the citizens who are upset at the condition of their city, yet they insisted on electing on Mayor Thuglife.

Your girls are adorable! Your future chemist is going to win a Nobel prize, for sure.

Since I was loading boring pictures of household items on to photo bucket, I thought I would post these. We bagan holiday festivities this weekend by attending the town "Holly Days" parade and seeing a performance of "The Christmas Carol." (That's where the family picture was taken). The play included a nice surprise as one of the actresses was a friend from high school.
