Random realization: fanfiction.net sucks. I'm serious ... the limitations on formatting are astounding. Can you believe that if you put brackets around a word like [this], it automatically deletes the brackets? Same thing with <these things>. And color is right out too. I copied a document (complete with brackets and color) into one of my Export docs over there, clicked Save and BAM! All of the good formatting is gone.

Dude and you just realized it now???? Same thing happened to me with the brackets by the way. And the summary is even worse, not enough that it has to be like so short but it also doesn't allow characters like /"- etc like WHAT THE FRELL???

Well, I've never uploaded a document that used color text or brackets inside the actual body of the text, so this is the first time I've run into this problem. I already knew that it choked on the <blockquote> command, but this is the first time I've realized just how limited it actually is.

Oh and you know what else it didn't let me, the * and like I said in this thread before their document editors like totally suck mivonks and their interface is excruciating. And with the "documents" thing you can't like edit a story after you posted it, you gotta do whatever edits you have like outside FFN on like whatever document editor you have then upload the new document how dumb for people who wanna like fix a typo or whatever.

Hey guess what, that chick from my room who drinks and parties underage etc with Alarm Clock Lady's ID etc, well from now on her name is "Obnoxious". Anyway Obnoxious moved to another room to be with her friend. She's still loud and immature and irresponsible and messy and well obnoxious, behaving like some frelling spoiled 4-year-old princess on an "I want it I want it!!" tantrum, and she still works in the office even though she like totally doesn't deserve it but at least she's not in my room anymore so she wouldn't be like banging/pounding/drumming on the door at some crazy hour in the morning (after spending the night in her friend's room anyway) screaming and waking everyone up. Because for some reason she wouldn't take her frelling key and now Obnoxious and her friend are asking people for their IDs again like "oh it's just for one night" etc, like what the frell ever they've been going out partying and drinking every single night since she frelling got here, actually they do nothing but party all the time. How obnoxious. Whoa that name really fits her well

I generally just Export the incorrect document through the Story area, fix the error, then Replace the bad doc with the exported one ... again in the Story area...

I don't do that because their editor is like totally excruciating and just to fix like one typo it'll add me some unnecessary code, delete some of my <p> tags etc, then I'll just end up having to fix it even more and that's FRELLING ANNOYING!!!!! Dude there's a reason I put a frelling <p> tag on it and the reason is that it's a frelling paragraph and it doesn't belong with the previous paragraph!! Don't you piece of primitively insane text editor tell me how to format my frelling fic!!!

You should've been like, "Hey, sure dude, here you go!" and then she gets to T'Sluts or wherever the party was last night and hands them her "fake ID" and she's "faking" that she's 18 or whatever. They'd be like, um, you know you're three years to young to get in here right?

Course then she'd be back at 12:30 am trying to yell at you. Plus she'd probably commit Obnoxious!Crimes in your name. That wouldn't be good.

Favorites are like so fun. I like favorites. Finally got around to like actually put websites on my favorites. Well because when I lived with my parents they always spy on me wanna know what I'm doing as if it's any of their frelling business, and they like to destroy everything I like and everything that's important to me, so I never put any of my favorite sites when I used their computer because then they'd never let me go on the internet again because I have "interests" (which are like a bunch of innocent Trek sites and stuff, nothing like porn or hate or whatever ) well and now having owned my own computer for like a couple of years or something like that I finally dropped the paranoia and put sites on my favorites. Yay
