Perhaps. My nephew's features are pretty distinct in his ultrasounds, and they're not the fancy kind like ek's. Then again his parents have distinctive features.

In my very unfancy untrasound snapshots (profiles) from, wow, almost 20 years ago, I am 100% convinced I can tell which of my identical twins is which.
Alelou, if A. can imitate John Travolta, which I'm sure he can, he's going to do fine. Wish I had been that brave.

I know! I was never that brave. He said eight other kids starting doing the eye thing after he did it. My son, the painfully shy trendsetter! LOL. Maybe his father's genes are taking more control as he hits puberty.
OMG, ANOTHER new chapter! NORTH STAR Chapter 28

I visit this site where you can offer others who are having difficulties some support. One of the 30-year veteran therapists on the site just thanked me and told me that he has learned from me. What the heck is going on here?
Is this really happening? Wow.
I guess I really am smart... at least about this.
This might take a while to sink in. I have to keep writing it so I can believe it.

Re: The Happy News thread
Anybody else ever notice that the Whine Thread has 248 pages and the Happy News Thread has only 93?
....
Wish we all had more to be happy about!

Well to be fair most of the whine stuff is fairly trivial in nature. But happy news... Everyone is healthy in my neck of the woods.

http://www.mentalhelp.net I visit the forum area. It gives me a lot of good practice with this stuff. Hopefully I'm helping some folks out.

Re: The Happy News thread
Well, since this incident ended happily, I'll put it in this thread.
Gah! I got a real scare at work today. Logging onto my work computer I discovered that the document folder for all incoming op-ed articles had vanished. About 70 or so files from a month or more back was gone. To recreate all those would be a cumbersome and time consuming task to say the least, and not something I'd want this close to my Christmas leave.
After two hours of agonizing wait, the IT department finally managed to retrieve the folder. I have no idea how it got lost but apparently it had ended up on someone else's virtual workspace, hadn't recognized it as belonging there and promptly just deleted it. What an idiot! This person didn't bother to check and see that it had 70+ files in it, or that it was clearly labelled "op-ed", let alone thinking that "hey, maybe the op-ed editor (me) would like to have this".
But save for a few articles that arrived yesterday (and that were easy enough to recreate) they did eventually find the missing folder. Phew!

Can you at least yell at this person if not fire them for incompetence. Glad your vacation isn't wrecked. So you're an Op-ed editor. Oh sounds so cool and I'm not kidding.

They (the IT guys) wouldn't give me the name. Perhaps I already instill so much fear that said person didn't want to be outed...

I'm sorry...
Really...
I cannot picture you as someone scary.
I don't know why but I can't.
