Re: Rigil's New Endeavour thread...
Teenage, Hormone overloaded Augment. Kinda scary. Since at that age its easy enough to get ticked off enough to go homicidal for "normal" teenagers, as it is.
God Knows I was to close to that point for comfort more then once.
Uhg I hated Highschool.
Hayes needed himself some Surak/AKA Religon.
Have you seen Genral Martok in action from DS9 Yet? He aint the A-Typical Dumbshit TNG hulkin Klingon IMO.
Good.
Id like to see him back on Endeavour one day to.
True.
Dang Hippie Vulcans.
Well Ill have to dissagree with ya on this man. The only disadvantage of a Mule, is that the damn critters cant reproduce. They have the strenght of their Horse Parent, an the brains of the Donkey. An compared to a Donkey, Horses are dumbshits. The damn critters will kill themselves working, While a Donkey, an a Mule have the good sence to stop before that happens.
An besides Ive seen first hand, over an over again the argument for Hybrid animals. Because of their superiorty to the Pure blooded critters. In my experance their far healthier.
As for the Vulcan/Klingon women. She's also not only got the Vulcan emotions, an Klingon Temper. But she also has the Vulcan Strength, an the endurance of a Klingon. 3rd Lung, an stronger ticker, an all that stuff that allows them to stay in a fight longer.
Either way man, A Klingon mating no matter the situation. Will never be a pretty thing.
Ok day.
Some where equal to the damage to the E had taken by the end of the Azati Prime battle?
Id Luv to see her in pointed ears.

Frankly, I don't like them much. Don't get me wrong: they have loads of potential ... but that potential has been wasted as they turn into retarded morons who only serve to die stupidly. The Klingons of TOS ... now those were some cool dudes. If I could take the bumpy forehead Klingons (with decent teeth) and use the actually intelligent TOS-era Klingons, shucks howdy ... they'd rock.

An here I was worried we wouldnt see Hayes again.
Nah ... I've got plans for him.
Good.

Since a Normal Vulcan has the strenght to beat the snot out of a Klingon.
Providing he/she isn't an ultra pacifist.
True.

Now a Vulcan/Klingon person should be stronger then both.
Where do you get that from? A mule isn't stronger than either its donkey or horse parent - as strong as the horse, yes, but not stronger. I don't buy the notion that a hybrid automatically gets the best of both worlds. Yes, she's much stronger than a human (due to her Vulcan genes), but she's also got to deal with those Vulcan emotions and a Klingon temper ... given that she's a slave, you can image how fraked up her life is.

I dont think all even bother askin how she came to be, since more then likely it wasnt pretty.
And might not be what you think ... remember what happens when you "assume" ...

Either way it sounds like her Vulcan physical traits are more dominate then the Klingon.
You need to remember that this is post ENT's Klingon arc. Every one of the Klingons on this planet have smooth foreheads. She has a smooth forehead. Hayes/Khellius has a smooth forehead.
Ok day.
Guess I wont get My hopes up at seeing a Starship Enterprise blastin Rommie ships out of the stars again.
I reference you to how thoroughly and completely fraked up the E2-prise was right before Jonny & Polly & Charlie & Company went through the subspace corridor.

After some consideration, I'm going to go with the lovely Ms. Rose Byrne who played Briseis in Troy where she (IMHO) outshined "Helen". Pending change, of course, should I tumble upon an actress more suited...

Yes, I have, and yes, he is. Perhaps he gets better as time goes by, but right now, he's a walking, talking cliche. Honestly, the only Klingons that I've seen with the bumpy foreheads that I liked were the three from TOS who showed up in Blood Oath, especially Kang (I think it was Kang, played by Michael Ansarra). All of the rest, including Martok, have been Klingon stereotypes.

Older than Hayes although I haven't made a firm determination about her age. I think I was operating on the assumption that she's 40ish.
Re: Rigil's New Endeavour thread...
Ok ,so she 40ish ,and her father is a klingon without ridges ,right ? but the klingon virus happened only a few years earlier ......how is she 40ish ?:)

Re: Rigil's New Endeavour thread...
No, her father is a Vulcan, not Klingon (long story). Her mother had the bumpy forehead and, for most of her life, so did "Briseis". When the first of the smooth head Klingons appeared at Voriolas, she, like everyone else, was infected with the virus and lost the bumpy forehead. Fortunately, being half-Vulcan, her teeth were never Godawful ugly like most Klingons.
That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Re: Rigil's New Endeavour thread...
Eventually ... I hope.
I'll probably touch on some of her backstory the next time I do a Hayes/Khellius scene which will mostly likely be from Briseis' POV and will take place some weeks/months after this one. Obviously, it won't be in this fic. The funny thing is, there's enough stuff that's gonna take place around him, I may have to write an entirely separate fic devoted just to his wild and whacky adventures. *shrug* Who knows?

Good Lord, no. Maybe a one-off, but most assuredly not a series. *shudder* It's hard for me to get inspired sometimes on my regular stuff!

Yeah!

I cant say for sure, but I think you'll grow to like Martok by the end of the series Rigil.
Once you can choke past the over load of Klingon Cultural Crap that Worf throws out none stop.
Ive actualy come to like Martok more then Worf. Course that dont take much.

TnT I love em.
