My husband got home from band practice at midnight. I can't fall asleep until he gets home. He set his alarm clock for 4:40 A.M. I've been up since then. He doesn't get enough sleep. I need a good 7 hours or I'm toast. I have Bunco tonight and the girls are going out to see a band at a local club afterwards. I'm not going because I'm too tired and I have to teach class tomorrow morning at 9:00 a.m.

We need a sleeping smilie.

Today was pretty low - key - spent most of the day at the conference. Did get some great Red Curry for dinner.

Narrowly avoided shopping for clothes... But I got to Boarders, got 2 books... The Romanov Bride, and The Countess Below Stairs. Grandmother bought me the DVD of Step Up. But we lost my wheelchair cushion, it flew out of the truck.

My randomness: Volume Two of our Shipped First Class fanzine has gone to the printer. I picked up our sample copy today. It's gorgeous!

We needed some filler material, so I coughed up some of my TnT stories, because Enterprise seems underrepresented at MediaWest Con. Our art director, Laura Quiles, is very talented--she's been a Best In Show winning artist and her work has been shown in Star Wars Insider magazine. She did an illustration for my "Sex, Lies..." stories, and I'm proud to say that *I've* got the smuttiest picture in the zine, and it's a TnT pic!!!!!

Furthermore, once the con is over (Memorial Day Weekend) and Laura's had some time to rest from putting a zine together and making her art show entries, Laura has agreed to illustrate "Body and Katra" for us here at TriS.
