It looks as if you two had a wonderful vacation. Some well deserved time together indeed.

I'm abysmally happy my pictures were enjoyed, and (following JT's invitation and because I'm a narcissist
) I resized all of them!
The restaurant is this one, Dis, and it is called "Baumeister".

It is in "Rothenburg ob der Tauber".

There it takes place a very famous "Christmas market", but the city is very beautiful during all seasons...

...and many cute attractions are living for the tourists' pleasure.
This is "The Watchman".

Well yes. I continue to write. And on Fanfiction.Net, for those who want, it is possible to cast a glance at my latest efforts. We arrived to
The Ears of the Elves, chapter Forty-four
And here is the beginning of the whole story.

But, I must say, you could also find something else on Fanfiction.net written by me. If you want.

Hey, that restaurant would make anyone smile, even T'Pol. And we all know how hard it is to make a Vulcan smile.................
The portrait of the author in the mirror is charming! What a nice vacation for you and your thy'la, Asso!

Working on a major fan fic project. Two-thirds done. Hope to put it up in the not TOO distant future.

Here we are at Lake George.
Pretty lake...36 miles long.

Eating dinner with the kids.

Going to The Great Escape.

Sweet Abby on the steamboat ride.

Abby horseback riding.

Wow! That looks wonderful! I wish we had gone to an amusement park on our vacation. There was Bush Gardens near us at Williamsburg, but Tony isn't into amusement parks and I couldn't convince the boys to come on vacation at all. I am especially impressed that you convinced your oldest son to join you. *sigh* Impressed and jealous!

I missed the picture of you seeing C off to college. That's me next year with Josh...
Amazing where the time goes, huh? You must be very proud of your boys.
I wasn't very adventurous at the adventure park, I admit. I left that stuff for the kids. Going on the kiddie roller coaster at Wiggles World was more than enough for me.
Eric had been doing all of this talk about going waterskiing and parasailing. I told him he couldn't recapture his youth by doing daredevil stuff and that I didn't want him reinjuring his back. As it was, he went on the tornado (crazy water ride) and his screams could be heard quite clearly from down below. After he got out of the water he declared himself "done with the rides". The kids found it amusing.
There were people doing this bungee-jump-human-swing-like ride from WAY up high in the sky. I couldn't even watch that. I like my feet on the ground. The kids had a blast, though.
