naw, that guy was waaaaay too busy with his job. we had a coupla nice lunches, but that was all.

this guy is 39 (i'm 31) and is a chef and a daddy. we get along great. and he's busy but he makes time 4 me. :)

Two weeks, at coed draft league game, I was was randomly invited by the women on the opposite team to join their women's team for a tournament . . . . AND WE WON!!!!!

Wow, I'd take that as a huge complement! The fact that you won as well is the icing on the cake. :hatsoff:

But, is there going to be a problem if your new team ends up playing against your original one? :(

That reminds me of a Formula 1 racing driver who recently switched teams - when he needed refuelling and some new tyres during a race he got muddled up and drove into the pits for his old team. How embarrassing! :oops:

Ha ha! That would be embarrassing.

Well the draft league teams are usually about 80% men/20% women. So I will not get my draft league teams mixed up with the women's teams (which I an not really ON anyway--I was a just guest player for the tournament). And I got recruited because I was standing beside the women they really wanted to recruit, but HEY!!! Got to grab these opportunities when they fall in your lap. :D
