Oh no, thanks for the invite, I appreciate the thought - but I'll definitely have to pass on this. I suck badly enough at even regular simple Trek Trivia, I wouldn't be able to guess who is saying what based on a drabble. You folks are way, way above my league on that stuff - it's like I'm a little kid fumbling around with a ball pretty awkwardly and you guys are doing it professionally in the major leagues. Thanks anyway though, but nope - not for me.

Marchale, you might start a Thread asking anyone if they know the titles and Authors of other Mestral stories. There different takes on what hapened to him. It is interesting what the various people have him doing.

Thanks for the suggestion there, I might do that later on sometime - but I do like where your thinking is at on what happened to Mestral; and I'd first like to read your fanfic on this and also the Lorian fanfic justTripn just told me about, and not to mention the TnT fanfic I'd like to read of everyone I've been talking to here who writes fanfic, and ahhh - that sounds like fun delving into Mestral there on a thread, but it would probably take me a long time to get to that with all the great reading material here on my to do list already.

It was just a thought, and no pressure at all, but I think you're giving us way too much credit. Professional? Major leagues? Mois? I've never done anything like this until Distracted started this thread - I'd never even seen anything like this. There are some very clever people on that thread but you don't have to be clever to join in. Take it from me: where you are now, couple of weeks ago, that was me.

Please don't take this the wrong way EK, but I didn't realise you were in the picture. For as long as I've been here, I've always assumed that Fearless Leader was looking so pleased with himself because he had one arm round Starwatcher and the other around Jolene. Am I the only person who thinks you are the spitting image of her in that picture?

I guess there's a resemblance with her hair like that. Of course, the last time I saw her, her hair was short and she was out to there pregnant. Cute as a button, but not much like Jolene.
