If I owned a bookstore and an author refused to come to it for a booksigning and asked me, instead, to pick up a sign, some chairs, and take all the people who frequent my bookstore to another bookstore where he would sign books, I'd tell him to **** off or get over it and come to my book store.

But he's not selling his book at your bookstore.

I understand the humor of the remark, but I also agree with the sentiment. Some people just don't spend a lot of time at ff.net...though if I'm already reading the story there, then I guess it would make more sense to comment there.

Sorry people Reunion Chapter 3 is NOT a new story. It is the PG-13 version of Reunion Chapter 1. I had no idea it was on the front page all day. I don't know how this system works, obviously. I was experimenting, trying to substitute a new chapter 1 for the old chapter 1. Tommorrow it will be fixed.

I hope together with you, Alelou, that the comments on your chapter can come back. They were very interesting, and testified your story lifelikeness.
And then, if your comments come back, maybe they could come back also the comments on the last chapter of my "Depths". You know: now you can read there the comments which were on "Valentine's Jokes", and I'm not sure that the term "CUTE" is fitting for "Depths".
Besides, may I ask if the images can be posted again? It didn't work in my last story.

BTW. I'm delighted that, apparently, my story was the first new story which has been posted on the new web. Thanks!

I hope also "Human Mood part one" (which I sent before "In the Hall of the Mountain King - The Prologue") can be posted soon: there's no image, in it!

The term "OMG!" is more fitting for depths, . . .

Asso, I really doubt there will be any way to put images in with the new system. We did still get the link that takes someone to it if they click, which is what they can do now in your new story. At any rate, that's surely up to Mike and I doubt it's real high up on his priority list at the moment.

Personally, I'll give up those comments without too much crying if I can just have normal apostrophes going forward.
