Re: Biggest, Brightest Full Moon tonight
We're getting 5-10 inches of snow tonight, so I won't be looking for it.
Interesting article, though.
I tried planting according to the moon the year before last. I'm not sure if it helped or not. I'd have a control plot to make any determination... I do find it helpful if only because it gives me a deadline, and I tend to procrastinate seeding.

YEAH I SAW IT!
Not last night but this morning, around 6. I only wish I'd gone out for breakfast around 3 like usual, but I slept in b/c I was having a weird dream about finding money on archipelagos my dad's friend owned. Weird.
Big moon.

Re: Biggest, Brightest Full Moon tonight
It was bright enough last night when I went to bed, even with steady snow falling, that I could plainly see the four deer munching on my roses fifteen feet away. (Luckily, they are roses that can tolerate serious deer pruning or I wouldn't still have any.)
I turned on the light. They stared at me. I knocked on the window. They stared some more. I had to OPEN the door to get them to give it up!

We got wasted on with snow last night, so that full moon was just the part of the sky that was a little brighter than the rest of it.

^ That, too. It was the salon Christmas party. They kept giving me beer. I kept drinking it.

Ya know, I think the last time I heard the excuse "they kept giving me ____" about alcohol, I may've been in HS

Well, last night, it wasn't so much an excuse as it was a matter of fact! I don't think it counts as an excuse if all you say is "okay!" when they give it to you!

I saw the moon tonight and it was stunning! Actually, I had to remind myself to pay attention to the road while driving, because I wanted to gawk at the moon.
