Oh, now I get it. As in heartwrenching? Yes! And I just dropped him off at college. Two more to go (in two more years), then nothing to do but wait for the grandchildren--optimistic estimate, maybe 5 years down the road. *looks over my shoulder* (It's OK, they didn't hear that!)

Nice outdoor photos, everyone. Our back yard is small, but nice. Then ten minutes walk down the road is Lake Michigan and our boat, so I really can't complain about the small yard.

Not red, just the sun catching it I think. It's light brown usually. His eyes seem to change colour on a daily basis from green to brown to grey.
