Re: Randomness
I have my new computer, and I've finally gotten it online. It occurs to me how technology dependent our culture (and, ahem, I) have become. I was in withdrawal.

Nah.... you won't.
You forget....there is at least 5 including me ex military on these boards.
Not to mention those members who hunt or like to go out for target practice.
You'll be fine.

Plus, and I can't reiterate this enough, it's a minigun. Nobody can miss with a minigun. See?

Re: Randomness
^ Normally I'd agree with you.
However I've seen some really bad shots in my day.
I'll never forget the day I had to pick rounds out of the ground right in front of a LT's target.
Don't ask me how she missed it.....she was after all STANDING right in front of the damn thing. I'm talking about 50 meters or less, AND she was using a 9 mil.
She didn't hit the target at all.
I picked all 40 rounds out of the ground.
Now how do you miss something that you are practically right in front of?
I don't get it.
But in T'Poptarts case she will be fine.
She has all of us to help her! lol

But it's a minigun! If you miss, you just walk the rounds to the target. It's like shooting a stream of water from a hose ...

Well you could give her this http://world.guns.ru/grenade/gl14-e.htm to use. If you miss a couple of meters no worries the HE or HE-FRAG grenades take care of the rest

On a more peaceful note, I bought a new desk chair from Ikea (which opened up in my town last week) today. Man, it's so comfortable I don't know how I survived with my old crappy one for all those years...
She's got an awfully nice bum!

Re: Randomness
My hubby had to fire two long term employees this weekend. The new store has a high tech system with modern cameras and they are literally everywhere. He caught both of them on videotape stealing...and very cleverly too. Sigh. I just don't get it sometimes. How can such seemingly nice people do such a thing? It's very discouraging sometimes, but I still want to believe the best or at least continue to hope for it. I don't envy Eric, having to fire people and all. I could never do it.

You have never heard of Ikea? It's like a world famous furniture manufacturer and seller. The owner, Ingvar Kamprad, is one of the richest men in the world, and he hails from my part of Sweden.
This is my new chair!
Hmmm...I need a new chair, and there's an Ikea not too far way...comfy, you say?

It's flavored with passionfruit
an appropriate ingredient, don't you think?

Only one store in New England. Small wonder I've never heard of it. Looks like a nice chair, though.Kevin Thomas Riley wrote:You have never heard of Ikea? It's like a world famous furniture manufacturer and seller. Just found out about this new lip gloss and I've decided that a trip to Target (where they are apparently sold) will be necessary:
Sexy Mother Pucker
Seriously, with a name like that... how can anyone resist?
