Man, that's not fair!
Imagine if I were allowed to write fanfic or reviews for my newspaper....

lol. It's a UNIQUE opportunity. I have a final project for my philosophy 399 class "The Meaning of Life" and we were encouraged to make it something creative and unique to us... like not just a paper. So, I talked to my professor, told him I'd done a fair amount of science fiction writing and that I wanted to use that outlet to write a story that explored the various aspects of my own thoughts (including some various references to material studied in the course like stoicism, existentialism, ethics on love and friendships, even possibly some hedonism). But then I realized I could use this as a YMAM sequel... so, here I am. Actually I need to get back to work. I'm only about halfway done and I have till Monday. Writing on a deadline is HARD!
As for Twist of Fate... I have decided that Twist of Fate and YMAM will be my primary concerns for the foreseeable writing future... i.e.... this summer and into the Fall. I had a ton of Bloodlines and standalone ideas but those will just have to wait, since I have started these other series and I don't want Twist of Fate to sit as long as YMAM has, and I want to deliver on my promise about YMAM being "a larger, epic series" hehehe.
Get this... I'm also going to include as a "supplement" the original 270 page Part 1 to Your Mom n Me when I turn this in

...irony of ironies...
Telluride just came on on my iPod
