Already I liked to send an image of the Superga Hill, with its church, in proximity to Turin.
In Italy I live in two places: Novara and "Venaria Reale" and I want to show you something of this small town, because it have a “jewel”.
You can reach this “jewel” travelling along the wide Contrada Maestra (the present-day via Mensa) of Venaria.
It is the Reggia, which was built between 1569 and 1575 at the behest of Duke Charles Emanuel II by the ducal architect Amedeo of Castellamonte. The Reggia was the summer residence of the Savoys and the centre of court activity during the hunting season. Because of its beauty and its size, the king of France, Louis XVI, ordered his French architects to emulate it in the building of Versailles. The Venaria Reggia is currently in the midst of a long and costly restoration which will return it to its ancient splendour. When speaking of the Venaria Reggia one also thinks of the region’s “La Mandria” Park, an important natural reserve and environmental centre where different species of wild animals live in a wild or semi-wild state and which is an old forested open plain.

Well yes. I continue to write. And on Fanfiction.Net, for those who want, it is possible to cast a glance at my latest efforts. We arrived to
The Ears of the Elves, chapter Forty-four

And here is the beginning of the whole story.

But, I must say, you could also find something else on Fanfiction.net written by me. If you want.

Beautiful, Asso. Over here, I live in a house 115 years old, and that's OLD! Must be interesting to be surrounded by so much history. I have only one questions. Where's the hill? Looks so flat.

Thanks to everyone. :D
And, justTripn, I am sorry. I was unclear. :?
The hill I was speaking of is not here.
I was referring to another image, about another subject, that I sended many days ago to this topic. :)

My 20th wedding anniversary is in a few days.

Here we are setting out full of hope:

How did it turn out?

Pretty good, I guess.

Watch out, it's like Black 'n Blue said, romance is a trick, an evolutionary means to an end . . . and then what? Well, finally this summer we will take our very delayed Honeymoon, to Hawaii.

Your questions answered. (If you didn’t have questions, that’s OK. I still like to talk about myself.)

How did you meet?

We were close friends for 3 years in college. We had very similar church backgrounds and were both from Pennsylvania, so we found each other immediately. However, for reasons of poor timing (one or the other of us being in relationships), we never actually dated in college.

Did either of your families object to the biracial relationship?

No, though my Dad advised us to live in the city, rather than the suburbs. We followed that advice.

Was it hard living as a biracial couple?

There were never any problems related to that.

How about the kids?

Doing great! My oldest has a white girlfriend. No apparent problems for them either.

End of the Public Service Announcement

AND NOW FOR THE INTERESTING DETAILS

Young writers, you are developing a very useful talent! My husband and I got together after he wrote a poem for me, titled “Jasmine in the Mail.” This was completely out of the blue. As I said we were just friends. I was in Thailand, so we flirted through the mail. At the time he was a security guard, who spent all his free time writing. Now he’s a newspaper columnist.

He proposed before our first kiss! When I got home, we evaded the issue for a few days then we sat down at a gyro shop and had a talk, resulting in the proposal, FOLLOWED by our first kiss. Talk about URST!

Wow, your sons all really took after their father; you can really see it in the wedding photo. You look the same though. :P

Thanks for the picture Asso! Where do you come up with these things?

Yes, CX, it's true. The twins are like little clones of their father. It is especially apparent in pictures of my husband at their age. In a rare moment Jeremy will look a tiny bit like me. Mostly he looks like himself.

It's flavored with passionfruit
an appropriate ingredient, don't you think?
