Thanks, JT, for putting this one up. WARNING: it is a depressing little piece. Totally worthy of the nasty people in the MU, maybe? Just trying to stretch my legs as a writer. I will make up for it with happier later fics, promise!

Aw, thanks, Evcake! I am glad you like those, it is encouraging me to write more Soval stories. Soval is such an interesting character - complex too.

Linda I just read your new Mu story at ff.net is there going to be another chapter or this is just a really short story.I liked what I read so far about Trip & Soval and his frustration about his life on board the Enterprise.

Hi Reanok, this was to be just a complete story within itself. However, I have had an MU Soval story on the backburner for a long time. It would be one where he survives that ship destruction in the second MU episode and joins the resistance on Vulcan. Myst123 and I had started a round robin on Soval's Annex about that but it kinda died after a couple of episodes. But I have been thinking about that story again. It would have MU Trip and T'Pol in it too. Maybe now is a good time to get back to finish writing it?

Linda I would definitely be interested in reading a MU Soval story surviving the explosion of the Enterprise. I read Alelou's Trip story so far I really like what I read at ff.net this morning.
