I find myself referring to it a lot as I freak out about every little thing I experience with this pregnancy.

Everything seems fine so far....I'm just a worry wart.

Off to the doctors today....the midwife can't see me until the 23rd. And I'm such a worrier I couldn't stand not knowing anymore if everything is ok.

Congrats! How many weeks are you??? (I'm only 9).

Sounds like an interesting series. It looks like Murder on the Lusitania is the first in the series I'll have to check it out.

Congratulations enterprikayak.

Just went to see "Nim's Island" with my youngest and a couple of her friends. What a cute family movie! I loved it. I could really identify with the Jody Foster character. It scares me that I could, though. I didn't think I was quite so OCD. 8)

...watching?

We're now up to episode 4 of Chuck over here. I was hesitant at first at the corniness of its very premise, but damn, this show has won me over. I really like it! And that female agent, Sarah (Yvonne Strahovski)... Yowza! She and Chuck are actually a cute (non-)couple!
She's got an awfully nice bum!

I watched a few episodes of Chuck on sc-fi there was one where Chuck did a waltz or a tango with an enemy spy that was funny.

Reading: "Auschwitz and After" by Charlotte Delbo
Watching: I've just watched the first episode of "Damages". And it's amazing. Rose Byrne is really brilliant in this show. I can't wait to watch the second!

I think the extended version of The Abyss works much better than the theatrical version. More character backstory, for one thing. Really added to the storytelling for me. :) I hope you enjoy it.

Watching: a really old episode of America's Funniest Home Videos from like the 80's or 90's or something. With Bob Saget  :faint: dude that stuff looks so ANCIENT!! (But funny)

I don't know it weirds me out because I'm so used to Tom Bergeron as the host

What's with the weird 90's hair?? :faint: :guffaw:

I got to see Abyss I liked the extra backstory of the characters and the longer story too. The mystery that unravels is really neat how they keep you guessing till the very end.The aliens are really cool I liked they were peaceful and their ship raising off the ocean floor underneath the military ships was one of the best parts of the movie.
