As an official klutz I admire people who can do those kind of things. I can draw, yes, but doing anything else with my hands? No, for people's shake. "Don't touch anything!" was what my mother told me after the vacuum cleaner exploded in my hands, which happened some time after the coffe-maker exploded, which happened years after the pressure cooker exploded, which happened years after I broke my mother's favorite flowerpot (in my defense I'll allege that in this last case I was a child and I was trying to test the gravitational force and the stretching limit of a rubber string. The other situations were just bad luck :( )

Being told a klutz myself and a mother of a very investigating one year old, you are not a klutz. You are just a very creative, investigating person that likes to see how things work. A very admirable characteristic. :D
BTW I love people who can work with their hands and the knife looks very crafted!

Good grief, you are talented. Did you ever go to one of the knife-making courses?

It's not that hard. Just grind off everything that doesn't look like a knife.

The problem is if you grind off a piece that DOES look like a knife. Hard to put back.

Uh... thanks.

No courses. Other than high school shop classes of course, and home training from family. I have been tinkering with this stuff since I was a kid.
