Hope everyones babies are still cooking along nicely.....congrats Lady Rainbow on your news! I hope everything works out for you and the "bean". I'll keep you in my thoughts.

Good to hear from you, T'Sara. (and thanks!)

I had some pretty bad Hyperemsis with my first pregnancy. And yeah, it really sucked. :? When I was in the hospital this last time, I'd been throwing up continuously for 2 1/2 days. So I can REALLY sympathize with you ladies.

What the freak, huh?

Is it not tiring? And you get up in the morning, and you feel ok for a minute and then you think of coffee or toast or anything, and suddenly HEAVE!

Wait - are THREE women pregnant now?! GOD! This site is turning into a Lamaze class! :D

I'm happy for everyone. But if I had a GF I'd start to wonder if I'd need to take extra precautions... maybe this site is... responsible in some way... *looks around shifty eyed*. Since Lady and TSara's men aren't on here, it has to be infecting the women... maybe the site is sending bits of genetic code through your computer, being coded into your retinal nerve with high energy impulses set between the image cycles on your computer screen... GROWING A TRIAXIAN SILK BABY IN YOUR WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMB!

The funny thing is - if any of you gave birth and found pointy ears, would you really be disappointed?

Interesting theory.
Well yes. I continue to write. And on Fanfiction.Net, for those who want, it is possible to cast a glance at my latest efforts. We arrived to
The Ears of the Elves, chapter Forty-four

And here is the beginning of the whole story.

But, I must say, you could also find something else on Fanfiction.net written by me. If you want.

Ummm... okay. Maybe I'll take some time off, now... away from this board, you know? Ahhh... there's such thing as too much of a good thing, you know.

And I like sleep. I REMEMBER what infants are like. I'd love to borrow one, but...

Surprised, probably.

Though hubby has said that he wouldn't mind if Baby #3 ended up with tendencies towards engineering and technology. LOL. (Already got the Southern part...hubby's family is from the western part of Virginia, and all 3 of my kids are/will be native North Carolinians).

Gotta go to the Sanger Heart Clinic in downtown Charlotte today...for a fetal echocardiogram for the one I'm carrying. My docs want to make sure she doesn't have a hole in her heart. Since Christina has a VSD (Ventricular Septum Defect...her hole is between the ventricles, so there's a backwash of blood that gets pumped around the body that bypasses the lungs :( ), the chances go up for another child having one as well. Sanger's equipment is more sensitive to that kind of thing.

The doc who's doing it is Christina's doc, Dr. Bentsky. He's a great doc, and I know him already.

Cross fingers and hope everything will be all right. I've been having so many tests and appts. lately, I'm going insane! Yesterday, the nurse at Eastover called to tell me that one of the genetic tests (fetal protein, I think) turned out OK. So that's one down out of...at least seven.

Ah well, take it one day at a time.

*crosses fingers* I'll be praying for you, sweetie!

All this is enough to make me really appreciate three uneventful pregnancies resulting in three healthy children. 8)
