Re: Member pics
Ehhhhhh...

Well yes. I continue to write. And on Fanfiction.Net, for those who want, it is possible to cast a glance at my latest efforts. We arrived to
The Ears of the Elves, chapter Forty-four
And here is the beginning of the whole story.

But, I must say, you could also find something else on Fanfiction.net written by me. If you want.

Re: Member pics
I used to bathe mine in the sink, too. It's easier on the back and knees.

Yeah, my daughter says it is easier then bending over the bathtub...and safer for the baby.

Oh, and...the dishwashing soap is handy as a gentle shampoo.

Dunno about that. I had to use Johnson's baby shampoo with mine until they were school age to avoid the screams.

No screams yet as far as I know...but very little hair yet either.

That may have actually been the Louisiana water causing that.

No, I think it's because all my kids have very sensitive blue eyes. Any soap or shampoo other than tear-free J&J baby shampoo hurts them. My youngest still cries when she gets shampoo in her eyes. She's just learned to be very careful and to keep them tightly shut. She's on a swim team and when she forgets her goggles for just one practice her eyes stay red for days.

Hey the sink is perfectly normal. My mom did that with me and my two sisters when we were small and I did the same with the three I raised. The youngest is now 36 and does the same for her little one. When they get too big, then it is the tub.
Always used J&J baby shampoo for the little ones as it was easier on my ears.

A couple of pictures from Port Arthur, where I spent the last few days:

This was the hospital. (A series of fires gutted most of the buildings in the late 1800s after they'd been abandoned. That was just fine by the late Victorians, who generally loved a good ruin but, alas, had very few in Australia.)

Looking through the back window of the old church.

New Zealand fur seals and Pacific gulls.

Nice photos, JK. Uh, does one of those seals, the on on the right, have a gull in his mouth?
