This is for all the fans of "Lost" (like myself): http://es.youtube.com/watch?v=GcatQSyRK6c
And this is the amazing opening of "Captain Harlock" in Basque. Ohhh... the memories. I remember that as a child I used to sing it as if it was an anthem when I watched it at my grandparents home (they thought I was mental): http://es.youtube.com/watch?v=-PzKjs_TAV4&feature=related

Well yes. I continue to write. And on Fanfiction.Net, for those who want, it is possible to cast a glance at my latest efforts. We arrived to
The Ears of the Elves, chapter Forty-four
And here is the beginning of the whole story.

But, I must say, you could also find something else on Fanfiction.net written by me. If you want.

What? Very funny. I don't care what the guy who created it says, it looks like Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder to me.
Never saw Captain Horlock but it's quite intriguing that the two scores are so different!

OMG, ANOTHER new chapter! NORTH STAR Chapter 28

Re: YouTubes You Just Have to Share With the World...
I like the Italian opening, Asso!
That's because the Basque opening is the Japanese opening translated (with the same music) while the Italian opening is made for the Italian version. That used to happen a lot (now I think it's less possible.) The animes that came to Spain usually were bought to Italy (or France, these two were the countries that spread the animes arounf Europe.) And Italians (and French) used to change the opening. I guess they thought the music or the style weren't too European, or maybe they wanted songs that could tell more about the story than the Japanese do. I don't know. Proof of this:
The Italian opening of "Lady Oscar" (also known as "The rose of Versailles"; "Berusaiyu no Bara" in Japanese): http://es.youtube.com/watch?v=LPjiW24ulTc&feature=related
The Japanese original version: http://es.youtube.com/watch?v=NVxuE3tXkPA&feature=related
That didn't happen only in Europe, Americans has the custom to put another openings and endings (or change the soundtrack entirely, as happens with "Dragon Ball".) On the other hand, the Japanese create their own openings for the American cartoons too. Proof of this:
X-Men cartoon in its original version: http://es.youtube.com/watch?v=-S96UkfAtZM&feature=related
The Japanese version: http://es.youtube.com/watch?v=_8HkDMht3d4&feature=related
Each culture has its peculiarities, I suppose.

You are right, Escriba, and - if I will be able to do - I will show you something else.
BTW. Do you know "Lady Oscar" has been the "Leitmotiv" of the childhood of my daughter? Who know? Maybe because my name is Oscar?

I like them both. I'd never heard a song in Basque before, sounds almost slavic. And the Italian opening is so...PERKY. There's a ship destroying whole planets, just blowing them up to bits, and the song sounds like a Broadway chorus line.

Well! What sort of music do you think Italians could have put for Enterprise?

I suppose that's why they changed the openings, to give a more cheerful atmosphere or something. Look:
"King Arthur" anime Japanese version: http://es.youtube.com/watch?v=62tsVCxOoO4&feature=related
"King Arthur" anime Basque version (the same but translated): http://es.youtube.com/watch?v=g5HHSEnDUAI&feature=related

Well... I was thinking that "Nel blu di pinto di blu" could be a good opening for "Enterprise"

This is a very famous song.
Maybe you can better understand what Escriba wanted to say with this one.
