Re: The Question, Answer Game
I wouldn't have described Phlox as one of the beautiful people.
Re the humans... nah, I don't think so. Maybe because I consider Malcolm and Archer fairly ordinary looking and even Trip didn't strike me as beautiful early on. And Linda Park is very pretty but they really played that down. Travis is the calendar guy.
(God, Distracted, you ARE prejudiced against the South!!!! I ADORE Trip's accent.)
(And I would have loved to have seen that Illlyrian captain they screwed in "Damage" again, if only for the story they would have had to write.)
If you could have added an additional set to the Enterprise roster, what would it have been?

A: A zero-G pool!!
Q: So, we never see anybody listening to music. What types of music do you think the Enterprise (NX) crew would each listen to?

Re: The Question, Answer Game
We know T'Pol likes jazz, although she might not admit to listening to it. Phlox strikes me as a rather eclectic classical music afficionado. Malcolm... hmmm... maybe the Sex Pistols in secret and military bagpipes that he'll admit to. Archer and Trip...classic rock, maybe with country thrown in. Hoshi's New Age, and Travis listens to Boomer Punk (dunno what it sounds like. I just made it up.
)
Q: Trip plays harmonica, right? So what instruments would the others play?

Re: The Question, Answer Game
Hoshi plays the violin, Travis plays the drums, Phlox plays some Denobulan instrument we've never seen before, Archer was in piano lessons, and T'Pol plays the sax 'cause she loves her jazz.
Q: Vacations on Vulcan - where does T'Pol take Trip?

A: ::double take:: Didn't we see this on screen?

Q: Are there Asian and Latino Vulcans?

Re: The Question, Answer Game
Hey, Pitseleh, we both agree on Hoshi: piano or violin. Maybe she'd play the koto, biwa or samisen.
T'Pol: Maybe the Vulcan lyre? I wonder if the Vulcans have a version of the saxophone. (The jazz thing, too)
Travis: clarinet (I think Anthony Montgomery's actually a musician).
Archer: trumpet (rallying the troops. Would do a lot better than the gazelle speech. LOL)
Phlox: for some reason I see him with a classical guitar, doing those really complicated fingerpickings.
Malcolm: rock guitar. Or a drum kit.
And T'Pol would probably take him to Shi'Kahr, the Fire Plains, maybe Mt. Seleya.
There probably are Latino and Asian-looking Vulcans. IDIC. They had Tuvok, right?
The ENT crew accidentally get pulled into the Guardian of Forever (I'm mixing eras here) and each crew member ends up in a different time period. Where would each person end up?

Re: The Question, Answer Game
(I think Malcolm would definitely know how to play a bugle)
A: I don't know much about the guardian of forever, so does it send everyone to Earth time periods? I'll just assume so.
Phlox - 1854, to hang out with Louis Pasteur
Trip AND T'Pol - Texas Panhandle, 1872
Archer - Western Front, December 1944
Malcolm - Battle of Trafalgar, Cape Trafalgar, Spain, 1805
Travis - Upper Mesopotamia, 65,000 BC (nobody could talk, he'd fit right in)
Hoshi - Okinawa, Japan, 1670
Q: If T'Pol went into the Nexus, what would she find?

Haven't we seen some in the movies?
What culture would you like to spend time in, and why?

It's flavored with passionfruit
an appropriate ingredient, don't you think?

Personally I would prefer to spend time with the Betazoids as I have a horrible stutter and I wouldn't need to speak
As for the question about T'Pol in the Nexus, I can't believe no one came up with "Trip lying naked on a bed covered in Pecan Pie"!
Question: Who was the most disliked "good-guy" and why, any era or timeline.

Disliked by fans in general or just by me?
Fans in general, I'd say Captain Edward Jellico (who I liked) because he wasn't like Picard.
Me personally, I'd say Riker and Troi.
Q: Biggest fanwank we never got to see?

Re: The Question, Answer Game
From the Urban Dictionary:
To fill in plot holes or explain away lapses in continuity in fictional works by coming up with (often convoluted) explanations of how it could have happened.
"But David used Sarah's real name even though he never knew her before she changed her identity."
"He could have read her file. He had access to it in episode seventeen and there were a few minutes when he could have flicked through it."
She's got an awfully nice bum!

Re: The Question, Answer Game
Ah. I see. Hmmm.
How about an explanation for how a couple can be "bound for life" in one episode and then a few episodes later, it's "Oh, well I guess it didn't work out between us. I'm gonna miss ya. 'Bye."
Q: Speaking of bonds, would you like to be mentally connected to your significant other?

Re: The Question, Answer Game
Most hated "good guy": Daniels.
Biggest fanwank: WTH is it with Hoshi's sudden aikido black belt in "Observer Effect"?! I can understand she could be one, but it could've been useful LONG before that, and that explanation... ARGH!
As for being mentally bonded? Sorry, but nope. I'm not sure I wanna know what he's thinking, even some of the time.
Plus, I like to keep my thoughts private, you know.
What kind of 21st century (or earlier era) car would each member of the ENT crew drive?

Re: The Question, Answer Game
My husband would be so bored or irritated with the endless Trip/T'Pol and landscaping/gardening ruminations in my brain that it's a damned good thing we're not bonded. Plus he would have made me completely nuts by now. Being bonded would give whole new meaning to the question, "Did you forget to take your meds today?" I think this is why I prefer to think of their bond as a very intermittent and not entirely reliable sort of connection.
Anyway, choosing from today's cars.
Archer: Ford Mustang or motorcycle
T'Pol: Subaru
Trip: Much-worked-on old Toyota
Malcolm: Passat
Hoshi: Mini Cooper
Travis: a motorcycle or something very sporty
Phlox: A van or station wagon that can hold a lot of cages
If you were on Enterprise in Year One, would YOU have been willing to use the transporter?
