Take'em for a long hike in the state park along the Mississippi. Temp is 95 (cool for them); humidity is about 85 (watch 'em mildew). Bring them back home and fix marinara with mushrooms and linguini. Then I'd let them play with the old Windows PC and see if they could keep from laughing. Probably also sit and listen to the water bill go sky high as they took a 90 minute shower because they can't do that at home.

Turn it around. You go to Vulcan for a weekend. What would you like to do?

I would inquire about some romantic place, with a romantic Vulcan female who would like to sing to me some romantic Vulcan songs. :D

Q: What would have done Trip, If T'pol had screamed: Kal-i- fi?
Well yes. I continue to write. And on Fanfiction.Net, for those who want, it is possible to cast a glance at my latest efforts. We arrived to
The Ears of the Elves, chapter Forty-four

And here is the beginning of the whole story.

But, I must say, you could also find something else on Fanfiction.net written by me. If you want.

Probably fought and died, since it's canon that Vulcan males are six times stronger than humans, but at least it would have been an honorable death instead of just getting fried by faulty electronics. Dying in Kalifi actually would have been a tragic hero's death, and worthy of him. I probably wouldn't have liked T'Pol much afterwards, though.

Q: In the same vein, would you have been willing to fight for your significant other when in the first "in love" stage of the relationship (Not necessarily to the death, but a public fight in front of all your friends, and risk losing)?

Yeah, but how is it that Human males always beat Vulcan males on the screen? :doubt:

No way! There's nearly always an alternative to violence *cough, Bush, cough*.

A healthy dose of scheming would probably be more satisfying, if I was DETERMINED to have my vengeance... er... way.

On the other hand, if you had said that to the teenage me ten years ago, you would probably have gotten a head-butt for your trouble - or at least a long string of expletives!

Q: Which Star Trek character (any series) performed the worst when left in command?

Honestly "fighting" for your "significant other" is... manly.
It's not a matter of "alternative to violence".
It's another thing.
I did it.
And I would do it yet again.

I'm split on this one, Asso. I know my bloke would step in, if I ever got into any bother - I think I'd be disappointed if he didn't. But, it also depends heavily on the situation....

Also, (in a throw-back to the dark-ages) men fighting over a woman can be seen as "manly". Whereas, women physically scrapping over a man isn't viewed in quite the same 'romantic' light.

I'm a woman and I'd fight to protect my man's life, but I wouldn't throw-down with, say, some ex-girlfriend who wanted him back.

Distracted, I'm split, split, split.

But, the previous question still stands.....

When I say "manly", I want to say something deep, very deep, but alive, inside us.

Am I so "transparent", Dis? :)
Anyway I want to tell you one thing.
I fighted against someone who was "six times stronger than humans" (ahem... than me). And I won. You know: adrenalin.
But I was magnanimous: I didn't want his life! (Well! I'm Human, NOT Vulcan!)

This is a tough one, but I'm going to have to go with Chakotay in "Threshold." He left Janeway and Paris's offspring on an alien planet. Yes, they were lizards, but still. Abandonment? Come on.

Question: What's the most noble character death?

Deanna Troi. She also performed the worst whenever she took over the helm of the Enterprise...both times she crashed the ship! :?

Unfortunately, a close second would've been T'Pol in "Twilight".

Most noble death? Spock in "Wrath of Khan"

Most useless death (besides Tasha Yar's in "Skin of Evil")?
