Oh and I wanted to add something about House and like how he objectifies Cuddy and women in general. Like is there anyone here who doesn't know yet how much I hate it when people sexually objectify others. Yeah I hate it. Very very much. So now that we're all clear about that.
Not that I find it like nice or flattering to whomever House objectifies. I really don't. However. Here's an example from my real life. There's this drug addict/dealer named Hector. He used to live here but he got kicked out like a while ago cuz he was dealing drugs. But he still lives around here and works at the bar downstairs so unfortunately he's still around all the time.
Anyway this Hector dude is a low life piece of scum. And he talks to chicks in that offensive sexually objectifying manner. Most of them actually like it of course like for example my schizopsycho cagemate Zombie who actually sleeps with him (and the dude's married too
). But he talks to me like that too. And I frelling hate it. It's disgusting and offensive and repulsive. But you know WHY it's disgusting and offensive and repulsive, because HE doesn't even think it's disgusting and offensive and repulsive. He thinks it's a compliment. He thinks it's flattering to talk to girls like that, or at the worst case simply ACCEPTABLE, and if a girl's repulsed by it then there's something wrong with HER, not with anything he does.But when House talks to chicks like that it's like he does it on purpose to be disgusting and offensive and repulsive. He KNOWS it's like totally unacceptable and his "victim" ain't gonna like it. He KNOWS it's wrong. It's like he wants that resentment. That's why I don't find his behavior repulsive at all... just eye-rollingly laughable
Oh and Cuddy totally enables him for some reason.
