YES! This site is becoming the most wonderful of the whole Universe. Vulcans will begrudge us.

If you're looking for minor suggestions, I've got one. Is there a way to allow paragraph breaks in the comments sections for stories? If you type more than a couple of sentences, your review becomes one big lump.
Have a great St. Patrick's Day.

The only way I can think to do this is by making it a redirect so that the story is one chapter and the page is basically a javascript that causes a redirect to the page at HoT. The thing is ALL the fics will need to be changed by hand.Elessar wrote:2. Is it possible to generate two different Archive pages, one for HoT stuff, all links to HoT, one for TriS?
It is possible, but it will require altering the database and again, altering each fic manually. Implementing this might mean a different approach to what you asked for in 1.Elessar wrote:3. Is it possible to add the ability to post Prologues and Epilogues, instead of the system automatically setting it to "Chapter" 1, 2, etc.
That is very easy and is actually on my to do list... however, any fic that doesn't have a custom chapter title will automatically be listed as Chapter 1, Chapter 2, etc.Elessar wrote:4. Is it possible to make it so that standalone stories, that aren't multiple chapters, don't say "Chapter 1" at the beginning?
Yes, simply adding custom titles will do this... its not available yet as I need to add the box to the ficmanager page. Again... definitely on my to-do list on long with justTripin's shared comment page error.Elessar wrote:5. For series that ARE on TriS, one way or another are not going to go anywhere even if we return to a HoT linked archive, is it possible to develop some kind of "series" architecture to link multiple stories? I know I said something about this and/or you've been thinking about it already because of our porblems, just update me on what ideas you have and if you've been either experimentally or just mentally exploring any of them.
Its possible, and I can start work on it, but I will need to re do a lot of the ficmanager page and add new management pages.Elessar wrote:6. Where are we on pictures in posts?
Unfortunately the fics I can find with pics (no rhyme intended... ah hell, who am I kidding... cause I wanted to rhyme!), all the pics show up. Can you give me an example of a fic where the pics don't show?Elessar wrote:7. I'm going to repost Liberty Two Four because Buurman doesn't like how it's posted. He says some of the chapters are mucked up. No worries - 1500, a few are going to be mucked up.
Oops! Sorry about that.
