Re: Randomness
Yes, I think (characterwise) B'Elanna is prettier than Seven of Nine. However, they're both great actresses. I remember when I saw the episode where due to some Borg malfunction Seven basically had multiple personalities running amok, and I thought, "Wow, Jeri Ryan can act. And here I thought they just hired her because of her looks/body."

Re: Randomness
Since my neighbor and the cop who lives next door to her both freaked out at what they thought were a pair of rabid "grey foxes" in their backyards, before the DEC told them no, those are coyotes, and probably not rabid, I've been worried about the safety of the feral cat we've adopted outside. So I woke up the other morning to what I thought were really loud coyote calls in the front yard (she sleeps in a blanket-covered pet cage by the front door). So of course it's 4:30 in the morning and I stagger down the stairs to turn the light on and scare any coyotes away.
Well, today I thought I'd listen to some coyote calls online and it turns out those weren't coyote calls. Nope, those were barred owl calls.
Can a barred owl eat a small cat? Who knows. I've also seen a red fox in the backyard this year. I guess, between all the local predators, I now know why I haven't seen a single rabbit yet this growing season. Chipmunks have been really scarce too.
I just hope the larger predators don't move in now to eat the medium ones...

Re: Randomness
Shredded Mini Wheats boxes have tokens for Trek t-shirts. 1 token + $9.95 or 9 tokens gets you a shirt. I'm impressed they actually have fitted ones for women. Not getting one myself (not spending ten dollars and not eating boxes and boxes of Shredded Wheat) but thought I'd mention it.

Re: Randomness
Hey, I'm into it! Thanks for the heads-up.
Funny how I was just bemoaning the lack of fitted tees for women...

Re: Randomness
Speaking of Star Trek movie hype, I was at Toys R Us last night looking for stuff for the youngest grandchildren and ended up buying myself something. It was a Spock doll (in the Barbie/Ken doll size range) - old Spock, dressed like he was in the movie, giving the Vulcan hand greeting. Couldn't resist.
They had young Spock, Kirk, and McCoy too, but I managed not to buy a whole set of dolls.

Re: Randomness
Well, Distracted, the emotional human part of my mind says "Yes, go ahead and buy it!" but the logical Vulcan part of my mind says "you will be digging 2.1321 % into your reserve line of credit (again). I advise against it."
Sometimes the Vulcan wins. But not often enough for my own good.

HUMAN MOOD!

Well yes. I continue to write. And on Fanfiction.Net, for those who want, it is possible to cast a glance at my latest efforts. We arrived to
The Ears of the Elves, chapter Forty-four
And here is the beginning of the whole story.

But, I must say, you could also find something else on Fanfiction.net written by me. If you want.

Reminds me that I have yet to buy the rest of those retro-Mego Star Trek action figures that are out now.

Star Trek contributions to the English Language. It only covers TOS, but is interesting anyway.

Re: Randomness
I'm actually thinking of doing another naughty TnT fic. Problem is, it doesn't really fit into either the ENT universe of the FND universe, so it'd pretty much just be a "**** 'n run" fic I guess.

Re: Randomness
If you ask me, the more naughty TnT fics, the better. I don't care what universe they're in, as long as I recognize the characters.
