Warpgirl. I have not read Tons of those stories. but those I have read were not from T-Pol's POV and were romances between Sim and t-Pol

the writers I have read seemed to go long with Trip being in a coma the whole Episode (story) and he was out of it. So they concentrated on Sim and t-Pol.

In the episode, if I remeber correctly at the beginning TnT are havig a NP session and Trp is discussing a test he is going to run the next day. NO romance at all. Trip shows up again at the end of the Episode for Sims Funeral. No romance again.

So, as I say, I have not read any Fanfics with romance between Trip and t-Pol. but Sim and t-Pol, yes.

Not disputing you when you say that there are Tons of those kinds of Storeis out there it is just that I have yet to read one.

I think any romantic involvement at that time was subconscious on BOTH their parts, but it's hard to deny it exists.

Subconscious? Oh, sure.
Well yes. I continue to write. And on Fanfiction.Net, for those who want, it is possible to cast a glance at my latest efforts. We arrived to
The Ears of the Elves, chapter Forty-four

And here is the beginning of the whole story.

But, I must say, you could also find something else on Fanfiction.net written by me. If you want.

Could be the romantic part came before or after Trip was discussing his Test the next day.

You are right the Scene does reek of romance.

I am not a fan of the subconcious, even if I am a doctor.
Too many things are explained in this way.
Anyway I wanted to say that I'm not sure that the scene we are speaking about has its roots in the subconcious. You know: females are very cunning. :D

I Object! Cunning can have very bad conontations. Do you think we're all out to manipulate poor men into becoming our slaves or something robbing you of all choice?

Okay. But I just wanted to eulogize the women.
And then it's true that they lead always the game.
Don't deny this, please.

Well I just saw Rajin tonight, and I had to think about it for a little while. There was quite a bit to process. I won't say it was a terrible episode it wasn't at all compared to some. But did I like it? Well... I really don't know. I liked some parts of it as I found them very informative, but some of it made me queezy literally.

Positive things first... All the TnT stuff was absolutely wonderful. I don't know if this is true or not, but sometimes I feel like people think that I believe everything in season 3 about TnT's relationship in season 3 is just drug stuff. For the record, NOT TRUE! I think the fact T'Pol agreed to give Trip Nuropressure at all shows deep caring and affection. After all Phlox did have his leeches, all she had to do was to tell the Captian to order Trip to submit to treatment. Also the fact that Trip not only accepts her help, when essentially it leaves him exposed in many ways is a sign of deep trust and respect. All good things for a solid life-long relationship, and quite yummy as well. The fact that Trip cares about T'Pol's reputation and position, and her willfull disregard for gossip that could have compromized her shows a lovely "bond" between them. (Sorry for the bad pun) And of course I always like to see a healthy respectful working relationship. It adds so much on an intellectual level. All of that was so well done.

Now the bad stuff... OMG that WITCH was EVIL! Spare me the she was a poor captured slave garbage. She LIKED raping people. She might not have liked working for the Xindi, although she certainly didn't object to leaving with them. But she took pleasure in what she was doing. It was pretty sick. Some people thought it was "hot" I think it was degrading to women. Hoshi and T'Pol were treated like girl porn it was just beyond disgusting. And did they have to demean T'Pol so much that she was a rape victim twice!!!??? God, way to show respect for people who were violated. The whole thing was absolutely filthy. I won't even begin to address Archer's behavior.

All of that being said it moved the plot along well. Especially this whole Trellium business, but another thread.

BIG question in the Rajiin episode:

She was sent to Enterprise to get as much information on Human I repeat on Human biology. She was NOT ordered to get any information on Vulcan biology.

so why did she jump T-Pol?

I know, I know, TPTB wanted to throw that in for a littlle sexy scene of two women perhaps suggestting a tad of Lesbianism.

But there was no reason for Rajinn to go after T-Pol. she had not been ordered to. She could see that T-Pol was not human. she had no reason to believe that the Reptiilians wanted anything else but Human information as they did not seem to be thnking of targeting Vulcan at that time.

Wasted effort and wasted information.

Pity that trip didn't come around a bit earlier.

Second thing. T-Pol sits like a bump on a log while Rajiin paws her and finally fights back.
Rajiin handles her with ease. where is this Vulcan strength. Rajiin throws T-Pol
against the wall and T-Pol is knocked out. rajiin jumps on her and proceeds to enter her mind.

Trip comes in sees t-Pol on the floor and kneels down to see if she is hurt.

Rajiin clocks him with something on the head and he doesn't even blink. he turns around in time to see her running out of the door. He calls Phlox and then Archer and tells him that Rajiin had attacked T-Pol. Why wasn't Trip knocked out too. Rajiin coulld not have lost her strength in that short of a time. where in Hell did she get the strength to take on T-Pol and defeat her.

Anyway, why did Rajiin go aftter T-Pol's bio information?

There is a scene in chapter 7 of my story The Captives where I adress the puzzling question why Raiijn attacked T'Pol. It could be an interesting story line to explain the reasons behind the attack.

The scene takes place during an investigation (after the events of Terra Prime). The investigator, Arling, asked Phlox:

"(...) Doctor, in February 2154, Commander T'Pol was the acting captain during the Xindi attack in the Expanse, when Captain Archer was on Azati Prime. Is it your professional opinion that she was capable of command at that time?"

All of a sudden, the whole atmosphere of the room changed. He saw shock in Phlox's eyes and Trip exchanged a worried look with T'Pol.

"Commander T'Pol was always a very capable officer," Phlox answered.

"Regardless of her medical condition?"

"Her medical condition.... I admit that at that time Commander T'Pol was suffering from an illness. The environment in the Expanse made it worse. After she was brutally attacked on a telepathic level, she was in some degree of shock..."

Arling interrupted, taking the doctor's lead, and asked him to elaborate. "Other people were attacked by the woman Rajiin as well. Did they experience the same symptoms?"

Phlox knew the direction Arling was heading. "They were similar, but Vulcans are naturally more resistant to telepathic assault. In my opinion, the severity of her symptoms indicated pointed malice on Rajiin's part."

"You stated in your report that you were surprised she was attacked in the first place."

"Yes, because Rajiin needed the information for creating a biological weapon against Humans, based on their blood types. So why attack a genetically dissimilar alien? To begin with, Vulcan blood is copper based."

Arling nodded as if he were satisfied with his answers, then shifted his attention. "Captain Archer, you stated in your report that you thought that Rajiin was forced to attack the crew in order to gather information, thereby acting under duress. At any point, did she state or otherwise indicate that she was seeking asylum?"

"I stand by my report, Lieutenant. In a way, she was a victim. We all deserve a second chance, but if you don't mind, I think we're getting side-tracked. Rajiin has nothing to do with Terra Prime."

"It was a interesting notion." Arling turned to Phlox. "One more question, Doctor, I wondered if Commander T'Pol suffered excessive or undue pain, because the cause of her illness was also a telepathic attack."

Trip didn't let the doctor answer. "Sorry, but do you really think it's necessary at this time to bring this up? T'Pol has been through enough lately."

"I think you should let Lieutenant Arling do his job, Trip," Jon reprimanded Trip.

Trip gave him a disgruntled look. "Well, I object against his line of questioning, Captain."

Arling altered his course of interrogation. "Doctor, I would like a full report about the effects of the attack from every angle. But now to the aftermath of the attack. What happened next?"
