Re: What are you...
LOL - I've been waiting like 2 months for my torrent to DL, come to find out that my husband forgot to set up the network for wireless. He fixed the buggin' thing last night so now it's moving a lot faster.

Re: What are you...
If you can find out how to do this - or if your hubby does - you should try to setup "port forwarding". Speeds up torrent downloads and it decreases network strain on the rest of the computers in your house if you have more than one, while you're downloading.
In Bitcomet, you go to Preferences, find out what "port" on the router it is listening to (it's randomly set when you install the torrent client). Then you go into Start->Run->CMD->ipconfig and find out what your local IP is. It will be something like 192.168.1.8. Then you go into your router setup, go to port forwarding, and set port _____ (the port the client's listening to) to forward to 192.168.1.8
I hope that made some sense.

I'm the designer; he's the networker. I'll copy and paste your post to him and see if he can make any sense of it.

Watching: Proving Ground and *the_abomination* - note to self - must go buy some brain soap. I didn't want to have to go back to the buggin' thing, but I needed to do some research into Shran 'cause I'm writing a prologue for my finale' fix.

Re: What are you...
...viewing?
I'm trying to get the time to watch some episodes of the 30 year old British TV series Secret Army, which is about a Belgian underground - Lifeline - helping downed allied airmen to get out of Nazi occupied Europe during WW2. Lifeline HQ in the series were at a resturant in Brussels called Le Candide, situated in the old Grand Place. There is a real resturant there, and while I was in Brussels the other day I took this picture of it. Unfortunately it's not called Le Candide, and it's a very expensive place so I didn't eat there.

Re: What are you...
What movies I've watched recently Bringing up baby with Cary Grant & Katherine Hepburn. Harvey with Jimmy Stewert. Watching Season 3 of Hogun's heroes and Ds9 season 3. Reading a mystery novel about the Navy seals a really great read so far.
Re: What are you...
Bringing Up Baby! I haven't seen that in years. (though I did think of it when I saw Night in the Museum - dinosaur skeletons)
The Philadephia Story is a good one, too. Jimmy Stewart is priceless in Harvey - have you seen him in Bell, Book and Candle?
I think that and Man From Laramie are my favorite JS movies.
