THat baby is friggin awesome! Does she know the difference between "legs" and "kick" ? I would think they'd get those confused cuz she does about the same thing for each.

well that was back when she couldn't talk yet, so she'd kick her legs for legs and she'd also kick for kick. Goat, sheep, and lamb are all "baaaa".

Now she's almost two and she can say a lot of the words. Time for a new video!

Ha ha! Funny you should say that Ann! The camera makes them look bluey here, but they have actually never resolved yet into blue or brown as most babies do a few months into life. she still has those indiscriminate eyes that newborns have: "wait, i think they're turning blue. no! look over in this light. clearly, they're brown! no wait! look in THIS light!...."

Priso's parents/family have treasured a long-burning desire for them to be blue since the moment she emerged from the birth canal (ouch!). And they have responded by being stubbornly hazely-grey. That'll teach you to be annoying about my baby's eye color! (I'm browneyed, and I think that they sort of got it in their heads that if she turned out brown, *I* won, and if she turned out blue, *they* won. Nobody there has much of a grasp of biology. They are musicians and kindergarten teachers and sociologists. Genes they do not comprehend.)

Scared yeh, didn't I? Here's the really frightening part: MY family makes HIS family look like the Cleavers.

(Random side-note: y'know, I just don't think you'd get a serious, well-meant family comedy these days with a central character called "beaver-cleaver". Too many people would read all kinds of unrelated subject matter into a name like that nowadays. Ah, the innocence of the 50's.)

"beaver-cleaver"?

My Cold Steel skinning knife of course. I could take off a pelt in five minute with that baby. Although I admit that I have never skinned a beaver before. But it can't be too much different than peeling a possum or a groundhog.

It's flavored with passionfruit
