To me they're about equal. Tell your son thanks. He sounds like such a sweetie. I hope my little nephew is as sweet when he's born. But genetics are on his side. Brad Pitt is my absolute favorite, and yeah the fact that its hardly unique annoys me.

Pandora Radio is advertising the new SB's new series all over the place. I think I might check it out - although it's so rough these days for a non procedural series to survive - I don't know how long it will last.

Speaking of attractive actors. EAch generation has its handsome and beautiful actors.

One generation before me there were three women with long black hair and beautiful faces, etc. (I happen to Adore Long Black hair and Glasses on females.)

Jean simmons you may recall played an Adrmiral in TNG she is the one who chewed out Picard for letting the borg Boy go. the one which Starfleet had hoped to send back to infect the borg and wipe them out. Picard had his usual Pholosophical junk going so he let the borg boy go. Admiral promised dire things to Picard if he ever did that again. Simmons reprised the role of the Admiral a few times.

She was bery beautiful I adored her in my Teen dreams. she had been married to a Actor Named Stewart Granger.

Surprised when she admitted that she was an alchollic. sure didn't show.

Anyway, Beautiful people coming up so you will see a new Brad Pitt or CT in a few years.

Jean Simmons also had a LONG affair with Laurence Olivier. But that's neither here nor there. You know I saw Phlox in an episode of NICS where he was a blind photographer, it was one of the few NCIS episodes I really really loved. He ROCKED with Abby.

It was facinating. He used all of his other senses to "tell" him what to shoot. A sound, a smell, really it was amazing. Appearently the character was based on a real artist. But hey Beetovan (not going to try and spell that right) was deaf.

Woah! I just remember liking the episode and hearing an interview with the woman who plays Abby say it was REAL!

I saw that NCIS episode and thought John Billingsley was very good.

I just saw the second SG1 episode with Jolene Blalock and was a little less impressed. The first half, IMHO, wasn't her best acting ever, though the second half was better.

Last night I watched the HBO series premiere of "Men of a Certain Age," starring Scott Bakula, Andre Braugher, and Ray Ramano. Well, long story short: It is boring and depressing. There are NO jokes in this show. The closest thing to a joke in the whole hour long show was that Ray Ramono's character runs over a possum. He feels guilty that it might be still alive so he backs up and runs over it again. Then looks back and sees the possum get up and crawl to the side of the road. Which just about sums up how boring and depressing this show is.

Andre Brauher has put on alot of weight since homicide and it being HBO, they had to show us this real up close and personal in a waking up in bed naked shot. TOO much information!!! The fact that he is overwieght is a key plot point. Ray Ramano's character is divorced because he has a gambling problem. He owns a store and forces the employees to listen to classic rock all day long, because he is old fashioned and likes classic rock. Scott Bakula is the most upbeat character playing an aging but still quite attractive actor who hasn't had any big parts lately. I have to hand it to him: He can transform himself for a role, as we saw each week in Quantum Leap. On Enterprise, he was the slightly goofy looking, lonely-at-the-top Captain. Here he is not goofy-looking at all. He is this surprisingly sexy aging actor who can still attract young girlfriends. And I'm not going "eww." He totally embodies this new character.

But I doubt I will ever watch this show again. The theme of the show is that these characters have pathetic lives. And I'm not feeling the "bromance" that was promised. The three men get together to go hiking for exercise and confess to each other how pathetic their lives are. And what can you say, it's true. It's pathetic and depressing.
