Here's my theory: T'Pol may not sag, but T'Pau sure as hell will. In fact, Vulcan gravity probably means MORE sagging, not less. Maybe T'Pol will be envied by her peers because she lives in Earth gravity and escapes all that. Or because, you know, Earth will have had a long tradition of excellent plastic surgery by then... maybe it will even be covered by Starfleet Medical...

Personally I don't really go around evaluating whether other women's boobs are sagging, unless they feel the need to go around not wearing bras, which makes it a much more obvious issue. Though I do remember helping a boyfriend's 90-year-old grandmother get dressed once and thinking OH MY GOD. IS THAT GOING TO HAPPEN TO ME????? SHE COULD FLIP ONE OF THOSE THINGS OVER HER SHOULDER!

Hmmm. Well, the gluteus maximus IS the largest muscle in the body, and a higher gravity world would require greater muscle mass to propel an individual while walking. So Vulcans would necessarily have leaner and more muscular frames in general. Vulcan bums would therefore be muscular and firm. Like Jolene's.
