Nah, the hard part is developing a mathematical equation to model the contours of the breast. Once you have the model, the integration is easy. Even if no analytical solution is possibly, it can easily be done with a numerical algorithm.
Somebody needs to tale accurate measurements, though. I could do that.

I didn't wanna hit the gory details but the hard part would be modeling the nipple if you didn't want to just approximate it as a half sphere + hollow cylinder.... you would probably develop 1. a high order polynomial for the area of the actual breast and then subtract the circle in the center of radius equally half the diameter of the nipple itself, 2. a half sphere as an approximation for the tip of the nipple and 3. a hollow cylinder for the area between the breast and the tip of the nipple

That'd all be analytically solvable.
