Yes! That would be one of your strengths, Silverbullet, remembering the 1950s so you can explain what it felt like to live at that time. Some readers here will have no memories at all of that time. My memories of it are as a very young child. So your young adult memories of it will be somewhat familiar to me but from a different perspective. I am looking forward to reading this!

Very strange. I read the first chapter - great story - everythings looks okay - then I start to read the second chapter - seems to me looking the same as chapter one - but mid way I have to stop. I fix diner (omelet filled with chicken with gaerlic, union, brown suger, tomato boiled in miso soup if any one is interested ) and I come back - chapter two is gone and is up again with a totally different type of letter. But that apart, don't let the letter type disturb you - it's a very good read.
