Didn't see Farscape, but otherwise a bit of awesomeness (I think).
I'm printing that off to show to my chemistry professor!!

I LOVE the formulas in the lower left corner. I still think Farscape should have been listed. It used puppets for cripes sake!

Re: Randomness
I'm definitely printing that and putting it on the science board at school...
So maybe Farscape is a compound and not an element? Or do I not know what I'm talking about?
(Did GCSE science 17 yrs ago. Apologies.)
And how do you go about making Farscape from that table? No Blake's Seven, no Red Dwarf... Wouldn't know where to start, LOL. It's an excellent piece of work though - must have taken YEARS.
P.S. - Farscape signature FTW.

Well, they left out Stargate Universe, too.

alt_Toza, if you want poster size they sell it here http://www.topatoco.com/merchant.mvc?Sc ... de=SSC-ART
I think SGU would be something like 2SgA + Bsg + Los
Of course I'm just pulling this from my a** because chemistry was never a subject that I could grasp fully.

Re: Randomness
Thanks for the poster link - will get my boss to buy one, LOL!
Maybe the poster is too new to feature SGU?
At least they had Firefly!

Re: Randomness
Just noticed on my T'Pol wall calendar that today is Connor Trinneer's birthday. He's now 41 years old.
She's got an awfully nice bum!

Mmm, fine wine.
Re: Randomness
Hmm.. 41, huh?
At 41 I had just finished my BA and was on my way to grad school.
I remember all the young men on the WWU campus in their shorts even in the snow.
Hmmmmmm... did it just get hot in here?

Momma always said I hated shoes.. even half a century later, I still hate shoes.
I never have painted my toenails. Have no clue why.
Maybe it was my Dutch Reformed upbringing, no make up, no fancy stuff.
Sigh...

A lot of women get pedicures, SB. Personally I'd rather spend that time/money on something else.
We *are* neighbours! About 100 miles apart, but compared to all you people living on the front lawn of the White House, we're practically wearing the same short sleeves and birkenstocks! Hi friend!

Yes: I have never ever had a manicure or a pedicure. Ever. Nor shall I. Whenever I do take the time to paint my nails, I destroy the whole thing in about 4 hours by various wood choppings and chicken wire wirings and baby-goat-toting around. It doesn't work. I can only IMAGINE if I got big long acrylics or something. Toes: same problem. Like peg, I go barefoot as much as possible, (at most I usually wear those wonderful extruded rubber "croc" shoes). It's genetic. I remember back in the early 90's me crazy ol dad padding around barefoot on the concrete warehouse floors at Beaver Lumber, digging handfuls of nails out of the bulk bins and putting them into paper sacks, and unloading cartloads of cheap lumber from the shelves, looking for all the best pieces.
Wow holy rambling post Batman.

I bought some metallic blue polish to do my toes. Aquarius inspired me to try something different.

Re: Randomness
Apparently we lost the water here today. Due to the frost melting some major water pipes broke from the stress early this morning and most of my town (and a neighbouring municipality) lost the running water.
However, I didn't notice since I was sound asleep until noon, and by that time the water had come back. Now I only have to think about not using so much, lest we all do and the system will break again, and boil any water before drinking or cooking.
Being a night owl has paid off...

My toes are currently apple green, to match my spring jacket. I don't think I've had plain old pink or red nails in years. I either do green or blue or lavender. But if I know I will be doing manual labor, I just go with clear.
Last fall, on a really miserable cold and rainy day - I went to a nail spa that does hot stone pedicures. It was amazing. My feet are really sensitive, but they enjoyed being massaged by warm, basalt stones.
