Yeah I didn't get that at all. I still don't quite follow that whole scenario because there's no way that they could have predicted that Andropov would "come to her rescue" so... I don't know. I suppose they could have just been banking (they=holograms) on that if they mistreated her horribly, SOMEBODY would come to her rescue and then they could use that somebody (Andropov) to show them what it's like to watch someone suffer and then learn it's a hologram. But they still had no way of knowing he'd become so emotionally attached to her. It's kind of a stacked plot.

Oh, well, it was more the "Farther Shore" part of the Torres subplot that I thought was out of character. Although I had a hard time swallowing her leaving her newborn, it just got worse.

I think it's a cool show. The cast has great chemistry, especiall salli richardson and collin ferguson. I saw a repeat a couple weeks ago and liked it so much I went out and spent the 30 bucks on the first season. Just have the last two eps to watch and I'm all ready for the season premier.

A word in advance: don't see this movie if <a> you're forced to watch it from the front couple of rows, or <b> You don't like nonstop action. There isn't any time to waste with stuff that doesn't go boom.
Oh, and the military is shown in a very positive light in this fic. The director got a lot of US military assistance, and it shows. Amusingly, the AWACs squadron that shows up in the movie is the one my roommate is in, and those guys were present in large numbers. When they showed the E3/AWACs, the theater when nuts.
Fantastic movie. I'm planning on watching it again very soon.
I'd like to see that myself. I used to watch the cartoon with my older brother when we were young. Also, watched Thundercats and He-Man.
