Alelou--I don't think it's a publicity shot, but I know it's quite common to have still pictures taken on set, and sometimes they do eventually get used for publicity purposes. That's also where those behind the scenes candids come from.

I understood it was a production still taken on the set during filming. The picture is like seeing a missing scene. I was looking for some inspiration during my attempt of creating an outline of a chapter (and feeling insecure about my writing skills) by thinking, reading and seeing pictures and even when the pic has no relation with the topic I was trying to write about, the chemistry between those two certainly inspired.

That's a great pic - definitely not from the episode. Because it's taken from a little back you can actually tell how small and petite Jolene/T'Pol is. The woman's TINY irl... Ya knwo if somebody were going to do like wedding art, of the two of them, it'd be great imagery for fanfic.
