Welcome here!

Well yes. I continue to write. And on Fanfiction.Net, for those who want, it is possible to cast a glance at my latest efforts. We arrived to
The Ears of the Elves, chapter Forty-four
And here is the beginning of the whole story.

But, I must say, you could also find something else on Fanfiction.net written by me. If you want.

LOL, Good one, Asso. Whether it's heaven or hell, we'll let you decide, but WELCOME!

I'm donating my body to science fiction.

Welcome, your first story is fine.
I am Retired. Having a good time IS my job

Re: New members, introduce yourselves here!
Hello everyone!
After some time exploring decided to join this great site; actually wanted to sooner but I was too caught up reading all the amazing stories out here...
So the format overview:
Screen name: Yashida
Gender: female
Location: Belgium
Are you here as a reader, writer, or both? As a reader; I'm afraid I've got a bit of a fanfiction addiction. I do write, but as of yet don't post any fanfic stories. I invariably write more novel lenght stories and any fanfic story I start thus tends to compete too much for time with my original writing.
How did you first become a fan of Star Trek?I became a fan of Star Trek the very minute I watched it for the first time; in my case that were reruns of Star Trek: TNG. I was still rather little then, just around the age I began to be able to follow english spoken programs sufficiently to actually understand what they were saying (my mothertongue is Dutch (well, the Belgian variant: flemish)), 7 or 8 I think. My favourite characters were Data, Worf and Q whenever he showed up, and for some reason I really disliked commander Riker though for the life of me I can't remember why only that the dislike has stayed with me to this day, of course in a greatly diminished fashion as he is now just a less favourite character instead of a disliked one.
I never really stopped watching TNG and sometimes it's rather amusing to compare how I looked upon the show as a child, teenager or adult. Then I very recently discovered the dvd boxes of Enterprise and remembering having seen the pilot some years ago and liking it I bought them on a whim thinking they couldn't be too bad, it was Star Trek after all. I was immediately hooked, especially with the T'pol/Trip dynamics. As you might have guessed they're my favourite characters of Enterprise, along with Hoshi.
Are you interested in any other fandoms? Why yes, I'm fond of several other fandoms actually. I'll mention my favourites for you: Star Wars, Harry Potter (what can I say, it's the child in me), Vampire Chronicles (Anne Rice), Chronicles of Narnia (C. S. Lewis), Lord of the Rings, M*A*S*H, Hogan's Heroes, Dark Angel, Mists of Avalon (Marion Z. Bradley) and the other books in this series
What's your favorite Enterprise fanfic? Way too many too sum up, though I can tell you they're all of the T'pol/Trip variety
What was the last book you read? A reread of Mists of Avalon
There, I hope this introduction was a satisfactory as now I'm off to read some more of these wondeful fics!
Warm greetings,
~Yashida

Welcome Yashida!
I loved Dark Angel too once they hit their stride. But I have to ask, what did you think of the movie version of "Mists of Avalon" compared to the book?
