This is why Im a farmer. I can go several days at a time with very minimal amounts of face to face contact with other Humans. Minimal being the farm's one Hired hand, my Dad, an My brother.
God Help me I luv it. Heaven help the person that tries to take it away from me, an tries to shove me into a more public related job/way of life.

Actually they weren't selling cars ,they weren't selling anything ,it was a expo for the tunners to show of their gear ,and the tuning companies to advertise their stuff.
Of course advertising is best with a naked woman on the hud

I don't see why you didn't just come out and ask him to not post those images myself - remember: English isn't Shaka's native language (I think). We're all (ostensibly) adults in these parts (I'm not so sure about KTR though ...), and Shaka was just reacting to these images the same way some of you ladies were reacting to the images of Trinneer that Katie posted in the SeaTrek thread ...

I try to be honest, but I am not blunt. Too often I have seen "bluntness and honesty" used as an excuse to hurt people's feelings and then feel good about it.

Well but Connor doesn't like dress or act all provocative and stuff though like at the SeaTrek thingy (I'm guessing because I wasn't even there) he was just a person not an object. Well but then again what do I know I mean I'm not one of those who drool over anybody. Yucks. (Nothing personal)

I thought it was pretty funny when we moved from HoT over here to Triaxian Silk and all the heterosexual men came out of the closet, so to speak (as heterosexuals), beginning with the T'Bum pictures.

I'm not offended, though I was scared away from another board (Trek Writer's Guild) when the first time I got on to discuss Star Trek I found the board "discussion" consisted primarly of pictures of naked women. Disclaimer--like I said I didn't stay very long, so I don't know if that is typical.

About tolerance and intolerance: Yes, one should be intolerant of actions that demean or infringe on the rights of some subgroup of society. No, one should not associate only with those of like mind. Liberals are intolerant of injustice (a good thing), but some also associate only with other liberals (a bad thing). Like the liberals at my work who were wailing at the last election, "I don't understand how this could have happened." Those people made me mad. It ment they don't know enouph people since half the people I knew voted for Bush, (while I campaigned for Kerry--by going door to door and talking to both Bush and Kerry supporters.)

Hey everybody, just a strong reminder, that JT's comments are exactly why these photos need only appear where they're appropriate - picture threads, and even then, nothing nude of course. I haven't censored anybody's posts, I hope everyone can continue to exercise some personal restraint on what's posted as an IMG, a link, or what have you.
