For some reason, I always want to call him Henry, not Noah.
But what am I doing? Hanging about because, of course, the shelves we got yesterday to replace the workbench I smashed were tooled wrong, so did not fit together right. And since we have no shelves to put stuff away on, work has ceased until more can be bought. Which is what mom is doing now, though she seems to take it as a personal afront that the original shleves didn't work.
le sigh.

Hey, you remembered who Daniel Webster was. That puts you ahead of most of my students, I'm willing to bet.

Mr. Smith Goes To Washington, and The West Wing are two favorites. I pick up stuff.

Re: What are you...
Watching . . .
Last night I saw the movie "The Next Three Days," a thriller about an attempted escape from jail, and the story is set in Pittsburgh, in the city of Pittsburgh. The scenery is beautiful and authentic. All of it. The indoor and outdoor scenes. Russell Crowe has a wife who is falsely? accused of murder and he is trying to break her out of jail. I loved it. I'm was so taken with the scenery of my hometown that I probably can't give an objective appraisal of the movie apart from that, but if you DO see this movie, know that THAT'S what Pittsburgh really looks like!!!!
I googled for a review of the movie and the reviewer incorrectly stated that the movie was set in "Suburban Pittsburgh" Wrong. The whole thing was shot in the city itself, which because of the hills has alot of green space. And the reviewer complained that the house the Russell Crowe character lived in seemed awfully big given his moderate income. But that too was totally plausible. Housing is cheap in Pittsburgh. So let me know if anyone sees this movie. What do you think?

Enjoying a nice glass of wine, chicken Puttanesca with fettucini, and lemon pepper asparagus. And watching NCIS. Always appetizing, that.
And I have homemade peanut butter cups waiting for me in the freezer.
Did you know that having an aspiring chef in the family forces one to go clothes shopping? My waistbands are all getting tight.

YOU KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT??????????????????????????

Carth Onasi/FemRevan fangirl to the extreme, more so than Trip/T'Pol, and I actually hate the influence system in TSL, beause it's darn near impossible to get everyone Jedified. And then there is the fact that either gender you play has got massive plot holes. But Light Side Male Exile and Visas forever!!!!

Re: What are you...
It IS ek you try training 6 very different characters to be Jedi when they all have different Light Side to Dark Side ratios and if you say the wrong thing even once you lose your shot. Not to mention you have to have a high Dark Side influence and a high light Side influence at the same time, It's maddening! No I hate that influence system. But I adore most of the characters, except Atris and The Handmaiden (AKA SW's Paris Hilton) at least I can kill Atris if I want too.
