Okay. So before I comment on those pics I'd like to point out two salient facts. One: turnabout is fair play. Two: even old married ladies like myself are allowed to look just as long as they don't touch.

well I'm ashamed to say that those are a bit old - I've lost a bit of definition but got bigger. I'm following this whole 'calorie/carb' cycling idea, so somewhere around a week or two I eat like crazy and lift like crazy, my maxes skyrocket, I get bulkier, body fat % probably goes up a little, I lose a bit of definition but everything grows; then I eat slim and go to Subway a lot, drink a lot of protein shakes, 2 glasses of milk for a meal, that sort of thing and slim down, and you get, well better definition. It's a great tactic, it's just a bit challenging to continue and some days - esp those right after a lot of cardio when you're eating slim - you can REALLY tell your body's using all the energy it's got to repair muscles, cuz you're totally exhausted. Ok I"m gonna stop babbling about fitness now

I mean, You're nice, you'll have a PhD, a hot girl, you'll be hot... Seriously dude, all you'd need to do is get rich and NOBODY will like you anymore.

Yeah, a person just had to tune their level of output with what you're eating... so if I'm on a bulk phase, I eat ice cream, pizza, steaks - in past months I was allowing myself fast food but the fat and sodium content is SO HIGH it's hard to justify, even for a good 30 or 40 g shot of protein. I had this dilemma for awhile bc cooking creates so many dishes and makes a mess and for 1 it's such a mess for so little result that I need to eat out for some variability, so, I've been practically subsisting off of Subway now for 2-3 weeks. If I'm being responsible, I get a cold cut on wheat with extra meat and cheese; if I'm being irresponsible, I get a personal pizza with lots of meat and veggies, or a buffalo chicken sub on flatbread (the flatbread's a lot of white carbs, kind of bad), but that way my whole bar for 'bad' is lower than, say, at Steak & Shake or Taco Bell or something. It's an effective way to improve your eating habits, actually!

I had a pint of double vanilla ice cream like 2 weeks ago and I blew through it in like 3 days, LOL, so I haven't gotten any more since then.

Plus D made a really good point - those body builders who have like 3% body fat have to cycle that because u get sick really easily and it can make you really weak and anemic, so, I make sure I'm not obsessively changing my lifestyle around it.

So we have Dis to thank for you looking like a GQ spread? Okay then Thank you Dis. Hey Starwatcher are you sure you want to let him out of the house? All this "Greek God Looks" stuff might you know go to his head. Or blind some unsuspecting girl whose just minding her own business. He keeps on like this he'll become a danger to society. All in all Boss while I appreciate the view, I'm glad you're not my guy. I'm not sure it's worth the hassle.

PS My fast food weaknesses are the Double Bacon Cheese Burger Delux at A&W, The Ruben at Arbys, and their Chicken salad sandwhich. I am ashamed.

I folded and had a bacon & cheese double cheeseburger with cheese fries at Steak & Shake the other night I love them, I need one at least every two weeks lol
