right but 'the last two seasons' includes the finale, and I SEE NO WAY they can avoid that finale and ignore it. I mean hello, you're on the run from an alien-controlled shadow government and you've given your baby up for adoption. This isn't exactly conducive to an episodic treatment of a movie

No, of course not, but I won't be surprised if they pull a Dallas and Scully steps out of the shower and it will all have been a very bad, quite unbelievable dream. Because, I mean, come on ... can you really believe ANYTHING that happened after Mulder was BURIED? And they'll find some The-Tin-Man-and-Cowardly-Lion-are-actually-the-farmhands roles for Reyes and Doggett so they don't totally diss them.

That's what I predict, anyway. I'm probably wrong but the truth is out there...
