I started out in fan fiction as a J/C writer, and the last three letters of my username are a reference to Voyager.
But how can you be a fan of that and not know who Gene Roddenberry is? It's not like his name doesn't appear in the opening credits! (Of course, I started out as a fan of Trek before TNG premiered, but that's a separate issue.)
